Dog Boarding in East Rochester

This is our second stay with Rochelle. Once again everything was wonderful. Communication was great and we love seeing the pictures of Nellie all cozy and comfortable. We have already booked Nellie’s next stay.

We couldn't be happier with the care our dog received! It was clear that our dog was in kind, capable, and loving hands. Ricardo kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious she received plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. We truly appreciated the professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for animals that was shown throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend Ricardo to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable to care for their pets. We will absolutely be booking with them again in the future. I can't say enough the amazing care and attention our little girl gets when she is with Marie! She gets plenty of exercise and lovins and Marie sends us photos and updates while in her care. Being a rescue our little girl would not do well in a boarding facility so finding Marie who boards one dog at a time was a perfect choice for us wanting that individualized care.

Our 2nd boarding and my dog feels like a princess here. She is soooo relaxed and at ease. She couldn't wait to arrive and didn't care when I left. 🤣

Aaron and Rachel took great care of my Ozzie. Every several days, they’d send me a picture and tell me how things were going. I know Ozzie had plenty of fun and attention in their home. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Julia is very easy to communicate with and accommodated a last minute change in my plans. She brought Lady for a long walk to enjoy the nice weather and even let her sleep in bed. We look forward to seeing her again!

Lauren and her family were wonderful. She accepted my request despite the relatively short notice and accommodated my active labradoodle with a good run in a neighbor's fenced in yard. Everything about the experience - for me and my dog - was positive! Happy to recommend enthusiastically!

Where do I even start. Leslie was an excellent host! She was very attentive to our dog’s needs and continuously updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. She took him on multiple walks a day and he seemed very happy and comfortable with her. Leslie was very patient and reassuring. One of our biggest concerns was our dog being difficult to manage due to his unpredictably. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. I would definitely book her again!"

Anthony and Jayson were absolutely sensational. This is the first time that we needed to board our dog and we were very nervous. They made the whole process easy and eased our worries. The communication was top-notch and they sent various updates throughout the days she was there. I really appreciate the interactive nature of the visit… My dog was outside with them while they were gardening and enjoyed some doggy interactive toys as well. We highly recommend them for anybody that has a nervous dog or dog is nervous themselves. Thanks again guys! You guys are amazing.

Cara and Dan were awesome to work with through the whole process! It is always hard to leave our Nikki but we know she will be in good hands with Cara and Dan. We will be doing more traveling and are grateful to have found them so we can go and know she is being treated like a queen!

Lola had a wonderful stay . Was very happy. She had frequent walks and lots of pictures. We were so pleased with the way Elizabeth cared for our very senior dog !

Kimberly and her family were great with our dog. I had a bit of a last minute request and they were flexible and accommodating. Sent several pictures of our boy throughout his short stay looking very comfortable. Glad to have tried them and will definitely use again!

Kerrie and family were awesome at reassuring my pup would be treated like there own, and the pics were evident of that.

Jennifer accommodated us SUPER last minute and it was the day after Christmas! The communication was amazing and I felt so secure with Genny being there. we got lots of pictures and she had so much fun :) i hope to book another stay when we are back home in Rochester
