Emily was a great help to us when we were out of town. We experienced some technical issues with our automatic litter unit, and she communicated with us effectively to ensure the cats were taken care of and that we understood what was happening at home. She made friends with our cats, and I will book her in the future.

Janice was totally responsive and thorough in her communications before, during and after with lots of pictures to confirm the great time my pup was having in her care. Sarah did an incredible job taking care of our 3 cats while we were out of town for the weekend! It was our first time using Rover, so we were naturally a little nervous, but Sarah did a great job assuring us before our trip that she would spend quality time with our cats and take care of their every need. She sent over great photos and updates with each visit, and even got our shy cat to come out and play! We are so glad we found Sarah and would trust her to watch our cats anytime!
