Paula W. 100% 5 star GEM We had less than 24 hrs notice. Our cats eyesight was deteriorating and my anxiety was uncontrollable. I couldn't leave her alone. It is February and the weather is as bad as can be. Freezing rain on top of snow. We never met Paula but she said YES, she would help us! Amazing!! Paula showed up a few minutes early. I immediately felt comfortable and confident that my cat would be well taken care of while I was away for a few hours. Paula was great! She texted me pics and updates and reassured me my baby girl was ok. I can't thank you enough Paula. Best wishes

My first time ever leaving my to 2 cats with someone besides family to go away on vacation for 2 weeks. She took very good care of my girls and sent me photos along the way. Not only is Jade Marie extremely respectful, she was responsive to my partner and I while we were away for a week-long vacation.
