Ariella was absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to not only take care of our senior cat, but also feed our fish! Would absolutely book Ariella again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time working with Kristin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! 🐱💙🐱💕 From the moment I met her, she had such a gentle, kind demeanor that I immediately felt comfortable trusting her with my two cats, Oreo and Nala. She even started taking notes during our meet-and-greet, which I truly appreciated. Even though I already had detailed written instructions, it showed me that she was prepared, proactive, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly. 📝✨ Kristin followed every instruction carefully and thoroughly, giving me complete peace of mind while I was away. The biggest surprise of all was my super shy girl, Nala. She normally takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but by just the second visit she was already out and about hanging out with Kristin! 🥹💕 That is a huge deal and really speaks to how patient, calm, and caring she is with animals. Knowing that Oreo and Nala were comfortable, happy, and so well cared for made my trip so much more enjoyable. This was such a wonderful first experience that I’ve already booked future visits with Kristin! 🐾❤️ I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, attentive pet sitter. Anna is truly amazing! She would pick up on my kittie habits and communicate with me very promptly when she feels there may be an issue - no matter how small or big. I really appreciated her attention to detail. Overall, Anna's communication is so timely, clear, and thoughtful. And I think that's a strength like none other. My cats also loved her, I don't think they even missed me. I normally feel bad asking the sitters to send me pictures because personally I think it could be a tad bit annoying, but Anna would send me pics when they are being particularly cute or show me how my cats are cuddling with her non-stop! TL;DR, I am traveling for a wedding next weekend, and I already reached out to her to see if she could help me again. I hope Anna can be my kitties' loving and caring aunt forever! Please don't move from NYC!

Valeria was amazing staying with my 2 cats when i was away for a weekend! She took great care of them and sent picture updates everyday. She was also so easy to work with and flexible to my schedule - I almost had to cancel and she was able to work it out with me when I found out I didn't have to cancel! Will definitely have her come watch my boys again ☺️

I was really nervous leaving my Sylvester because I never did anything like this before but I must say I would definitely use them again I felt like they were family instead of a sitter for my boy they really were happy to care for him and I was happy I chose them it made my first experience a pleasant one

Juan did check-ins for my cat for a few days and was amazing. He fed him, changed his water, cleaned the litter and played. Just the company that my cat needed!

Rachel was wonderful. I booked her last minute for my cat and she was super responsive, always on time and went above and beyond with hanging out with my cat and taking incredible pictures.

Robert has helped with my cat many times now. I always go back to booking him. He has always accommodated me if it was short notice and I had to run out of town. He is compassionate and happy to help. Aurora loves him!

Boom boom my cat had never been away from home so she did well and I am thankful to Tamara for keeping her.
