Katharine was extremely accomodating, punctual warm and friendly from the first contact with her! I only needed her for one day while I was away for my daughters wedding but she took care of my Shadow exactly how I asked. I will absolutely be contacting Katherine again when I will need hero with Shadow! Highly recommend!!

Amanda is amazing! Had an impromptu emergency that kept me away from home and Amanda was available with extremely short notice. She’s communicative and attentive. She offered a flexible schedule when requested.

Elena was great. I didn't have to worry about anything. After the 1st visit, some of my feral cats had already warmed up to her. She even fixed my camera without me asking. I would definitely recommend Elena.

Asked Madison to come back an extra day and she was super understanding and accommodating! Would definitely call upon her again if/when i need someone trustworthy to take care of my cat😁

Donna was very responsive, and communicated effectively during the time she took care of Goliath. Donna also provided great pics of my pup. She took him for walks and played with him. Thank you very much.

Daniela is amazing with our puppy!! She always goes above and beyond with taking care of him during drop in visits!! From walking him, giving treats with training practice, and of course play time she shows how much she cares about our little guy!
