This was our first time using Rover and working with Juliana we can't express enough how wonderful the experience was! Juliana took the time to understand our senior dog's needs and personality, which made us feel completely at ease. Throughout the entire sitting period, Juliana's communication was outstanding. We received regular updates and adorable photos, which reassured us that our little boy was happy and well-cared for. It was clear that our dog was not just a task to her; she genuinely cared about making sure he was comfortable and loved. Amy was great, as always, with Zibi. She accommodated my timing for drop off and pick up, which was super helpful, and sent many photos of Zibi's stay. Zibi was well loved and taken care of during her stay.

Dominique is fantastic! It was our first time leaving our puppy with anyone and she made the whole process so easy. She sent us tons of pictures, videos and updates. We would absolutely recommend her!

Margarita & Cristian took care of our dog for the past week while we traveled for the holidays and was so well cared for. Joey was great with our dog, Olaf. Joey is attentive, friendly and our dog loved him. With our dog having separation anxiety it was a relief that we found Joey who had the patience’s to work with Olaf. We will continue to book with him moving forward.

Wendy is absolutely amazing hands down! We have never left Charlie with anyone one else besides family, but Wendy went above and beyond to make sure Charlie was comfortable and eased our minds! She sent daily messages about how he was doing throughout the day and shared so many pictures of Charlie, it was as if we never left him! Wendy and her son are the absolute best caretakers ever and I know to reach out to her if we ever need anyone to take care of Charlie!

Denis and his wife were super nice and accommodating. My cat is nervous around new people and from the pictures and feedback I was getting, it looked like it took no time to get her warmed up. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to make her feel at home. 5-stars without question.

The best sitter I’ve used on rover so far and will be my new go to. You can tell David and his wife truly love dogs. He was very responsive and my dog Jasper came home so upbeat and full of energy (this wasn’t the case with some other sitters in the passed unfortunately)- I can tell he enjoyed his stay, it was almost like a doggie vacation for him as well

Shirley was amazing! First time boarding my dog with her and she helped me to feel so reassured that Ella was in good hands. I got lots of updates and Ella seemed comfortable there too!

Megan and Brian were so wonderful! I'm a bit of a crazy doggy mama who gets nervous before leaving my dogs with anyone, but I was very comfortable having my dogs with them. They sent lots of updates and were so kind and caring to my dogs. Can't wait to book with them again!

You can tell right off the bat how kind and caring Kristin is! Luca (who needs a little extra attention due to his diet and meds) was very well taken care of and comfortable during his time with her. Kristin sent daily updates that showed how she naturally connected to Luca, and kept in regular contact if I had any questions. She is a lovely person and Luca will be excited to have her as a babysitter again soon :) Highly recommend!

Gabriela was so communicative. She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. I could tell by the pictures that my pup was comfy and happy. I would definitely hire Gabriela again!

Diane is definitely our first choice when we need someone to look after little pup Oreola. She sends great updates with pictures and takes her out when my pup really enjoys! She was so flexible when our bags were delayed at the airport. I can’t thank her enough. We definitely appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. We will be returning if needed in future!

Meilin absolutely went above and beyond in taking care of our pup, Lola! Meilin was reliable, shared many photos daily, and kept us updated on everything from her eating/drinking to bathroom status to how Lola's sleeping and generally feeling. Meilin was quick to reply and shared thorough stories about Lola's stay and what she was up to. Meilin even remembered little details we had shared during our meet and greet and brought them up in her updates. Her notes really captured who Lola is and her personality, we could not have been more pleased with how Meilin took care of her. Highly, highly recommend!!
