Ricardo clearly gave Barry attention because he described Barry's personality traits so accurately when I picked him up. Ricardo was prompt to respond to all of my texts. He also was kind enough to extend Barry's stay another day when we were snowed in. I appreciate Ricardo's efforts to be available and attentive and recommend other dog owners to board their dogs with him.

I had a wonderful experience with Alex and his wife caring for my two dogs. I had to book at very short notice and they were very accommodating. Communication was excellent, the property is lovely, and the dogs had a wonderful time. Alex even helped me secure my car when I arrived to pick up my dogs with the new rescue dog that I had just picked up. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of having Debra take care of my dog while I was away on vacation and I couldn't have been more pleased with her services. She was extremely professional, reliable, and most importantly, my dog absolutely loved her. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dog was happy, healthy, and well taken care of. She even sent me daily updates and pictures which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend Debra to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.

Luke is an exceptional dog sitter. He made every aspect of Rocky’s stay easy for me while simultaneously giving me peace of mind. Rocky is a new rescue and Luke was very understanding of any concerns I had about Rocky’s behavior. Luke gave intuitive care to my dog and communicated with me about his stay for the whole week he was there. It was the longest I had been away from Rocky since adopting him and I was pleasantly surprised to see that he was relaxed, happy, and above all not anxious or traumatized when we got home. I will absolutely book with Luke again and recommend him to anyone. 10/10

Tetiana and her family were awesome pet sitters for my dogs. There home set-up is perfect for my 2 boys with a fenced yard and a comfortable place to sleep. She shared lots of pictures while we were gone which eased our minds

Anthony was fantastic with our dog! Our pup is a little shy and picky and often doesn’t eat while we’re gone. Not only did he eat while staying with Anthony, he had such a great time playing with Anthony’s dog. He got plenty of walks, fun outdoors time, and lots and lots of snuggles. We will absolutely be hiring Anthony again!

Marie was amazing from the get go. She was very thorough in our intro call, asking thoughtful questions about my Ovi. She kept me updated on how Ovi was doing regularly during his stay and she even went out of her way to modify Ovi’s diet because his stools were loose due to stress. At the end of Ovi’s stay, Marie packed Ovi leftover rice, pumpkin and chicken so we could continue to feed him and solidify his stools. Additionally, there was also obvious improvements with Ovi’s leash manners. I’m happy I boarded my Ovi with Marie and I am certainly coming back.

Amber was great with our dog Heidi. Sent us updates during our trip, great communication and Heidi clearly had a wonderful time. Would recommend to anyone!

Lesley is an AWESOME pet care provider! She is kind, gentle and competent in tending to the quirky needs of our older teacup poodle. She has a welcoming home, with fenced yard and kept us updated daily with lots of photos of our little guy. We are so grateful for the loving care she provides! I HIGHLY recommend her services and will definitely be using her services again!

Kimberly was a wonderful sitter for our two dogs. She sent picture updates, and I could tell they were happy and well-cared for during their stay. I would definitely recommend her services, and look forward to bringing Jack & Penny by again next time they need a place to stay!

Serafina was a fantastic caregiver for our boy Blaze. We were looking for something special as we needed care for a new puppy just two weeks after we brought him home. Special is what we found! Serafina and her family - including their pup Summit - offered Blaze a loving, caring, fun, and structured home away from home (with dedicated open play areas inside and outside). Serafina sent updates and photos and offered useful last day suggestions for re-transitioning Blaze back home. We would definitely recommend this caregiver and look forward to getting Blaze and Summit together for a play date soon!

Rachel watched my dog twice now. She is easy to reach and communicate with. First booking I recieved pictures daily. She's also flexible in drop off and pick up times and worked with our changing schedule.

Lue provided excellent boarding service for my small dog. My dog stayed with Lya for 8 days. She sent me daily photos. My dog went from staying on her security pillow to exploring more of the apt.

Aaron and Rachel took great care of my Ozzie. Every several days, they’d send me a picture and tell me how things were going. I know Ozzie had plenty of fun and attention in their home. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Jennifer accommodated us SUPER last minute and it was the day after Christmas! The communication was amazing and I felt so secure with Genny being there. we got lots of pictures and she had so much fun :) i hope to book another stay when we are back home in Rochester

We had a wonderful experience with Rochelle and her family! Our sweet 1 year old pup was well cared for and loved while we were on vacation. I specifically think that having her stay somewhere with children to run around with was so meaningful and fun for her. We're hoping to use Rochelle again later this year!

Thomas is great! I was given daily updates, photos and videos of my dog, Bruno. Bruno was obviously very comfortable and having a really good time.
