Paula W. 100% 5 star GEM We had less than 24 hrs notice. Our cats eyesight was deteriorating and my anxiety was uncontrollable. I couldn't leave her alone. It is February and the weather is as bad as can be. Freezing rain on top of snow. We never met Paula but she said YES, she would help us! Amazing!! Paula showed up a few minutes early. I immediately felt comfortable and confident that my cat would be well taken care of while I was away for a few hours. Paula was great! She texted me pics and updates and reassured me my baby girl was ok. I can't thank you enough Paula. Best wishes

Kimberly was so sweet and attentive to my old super senior kitty who’s been having health issues. She has a sweet momma like energy and was able to successfully give him his meds which he can be difficult about taking. I felt so safe knowing he was under her thoughtful care.
