The best sitter to book with! Xiaoying and her family are excellent and truly the sweetest! I had an overnight cat sitting service with them for a 7 nights and they sent me daily photos and videos and made sure to keep me updated! They also brought so many toys, a cat tree, and cat hideaway spots for my cat. My cat Lucki didn’t want to leave he really liked it there and it’s like his second home now😊 will definitely be rebooking with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter or boarding service! ❤️

Wei came to my home to care for my 2 cats. She was attentive and sweet and my cats felt comfortable with her. She also made sure they had adequate water and food, and she diligently cleaned their litter boxes. I am thankful for her help!

We have been working with Elizabeth for almost 7 years now and we are so thankful to have found her! She is so caring with our 2 kitties which really eases my anxiety when I have to leave them. One of our cats is not the most outgoing, but she never hides when Elizabeth comes around which just goes to show how calm and trustworthy she is.

This is the first time we've used Rover and previously always had the benefit of a family member to watch Cinni when away. With only a couple of weeks, we suddenly needed to find an alternative. After scouring reviews on Rover we contacted Lisa M, who very fortunately for us was available. Lisa M arrived promptly at the schedule time each day to care for Cinni and provided thorough updates that quickly set our minds at ease and provided us with some great photos of our kitty. Furthermore, Lisa M was able to successfully medicate Cinni each visit, and those cat owners whose pets require medication know how challenging this can be. Based on our experience enthusiastically recommend Lisa M for anyone else who needs a cat sitter and will be contacting her as soon as I schedule our next trip to ensure she is available to care for Cinni.

Alex made sure to keep in contact with me during his visits and more. My kittys were fed and had yummy snacks while I was away which was a relief that I didn’t have to worry about them.

Anna was a huge help! She was able to accommodate a last minute drop in visit request after another sitter had to unexpectedly drop out. She was very responsive to communications and was great with sending daily updates! I felt at ease with knowing Tini was in good hands. Would highly recommend!

Grace was fantastic with sky . Came early every day,took pictures and we spoke on phone. Litter box was clean everyday and sky ate well. Grace came to meet sky 3 weeks before her work day and met me and sky ! I would use her again and highly recommende you do as well !

Kierra went above and beyond to make us feel safe leaving a hope alone with a Rover for the first time. She communicated effectively during every visit, took excellent photos, and took time to really provide Hope with the care and love we wanted. She played and sang to Hope, as well as kept her food and water clean and full. We told her she didn’t need to do the litter every day, but she did anyway. Kierra was respectful of the apartment complex and timely with returning our key. Heart of gold and a friend of animals indeed. She even helped us with extending booking (when we messed up 5 times), We couldn’t have had a better experience or human to take care of Hope (who is a rescue cat but had no issues warming up to kierra)

Ozzy was an amazing sitter for my four cats! My girlfriend and I felt at ease while away visiting family knowing that he was checking in on our cats, and even giving my diabetic cat his meds. All the cats loved Ozzy and I would highly recommend booking with him!
