I had to unexpectedly work late and Jill had no problem rushing back over to feed and hang out with my cat last minute. She is very reliable and responded quick.

Sloane took excellent care of our cat Sammy. She took her time to find out about his routine and cared about his well being. She sent us regular updates with pictures/videos of him which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely book with her again and highly recommend her.

Joe was absolutely excellent with our precious fur baby. As this was our first time using Rover and choosing Joe. Joe took the time to understand our pet's lifestyle and was wonderfully engaging with our young cat. Throughout our time away, Joe provided great communication, sending daily updates and fantastic photos of his time with our little one, that reassured us she was content, safe, and happy. It was clear that he genuinely cared about her well-being and treated her with kindness and attention. Joe is truly amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. So incredibly happy that we booked Joseph to watch our cats while we were away. They took to him immediately- and with cats, that can be a challenge. We had peace of mind knowing that our babies were taken care of. He was fantastic.

Kerri did a great job taking care of our cat, Ash, while we were away on vacation. She arrived every day at the agreed-upon time, completed the tasks we requested, and even took extra time to play with our kitty. She communicated with us each day, giving us the peace of mind that everything was OK while we were away. Kerri is definitely the first one I'm calling for our next vacation.

This is the second time I booked David to take care of two cats, and I will certainly do it again. He is polite, professional, and takes good care of the kitties.

We had to find a new sitter right before travelling. Christy was fantastic with our kitties -- a pair of shy young cats who were not used to us being away. Christy was patient and loving with our little ones, attentive to every detail, and figured out how to handle their very different personalities. Her communication throughout was excellent, and I appreciated that so much.

Kathleen is always a pleasure to work with. She is accommodating when asked for something outside of the normal pet sitting. I trust her in my home implicitly. Such a great find and an asset to Rover

I am very fortunate to have found Yang to take care of my girls for a week. Yang was extremely kind, trustworthy, communicative, caring, responsible, prepared, thoughtful and generous. In our meet and greet she brought a notebook, connected with my cats and asked great questions before leaving. She offered to bring her own brush to groom my one cat, wore shoe covers to keep my place clean and even brought her own litter bags to take away each day. The level of detail and attention she provided throughout the whole experience was something I have never experienced from a pet sitter and the genuine bond she formed with my cats made me exceedingly assured, content and happy knowing they had her presence and care while I was away. I can’t recommend Yang enough and will pick her as my sitter going forward.

Irem does a great job. This is the second time she has taken care of my cats. It’s nice to know that they are in good hands while I’m away and she always leaves things tidy.
