Dog Boarding in Honeoye Falls

Kimberly was a wonderful sitter for our two dogs. She sent picture updates, and I could tell they were happy and well-cared for during their stay. I would definitely recommend her services, and look forward to bringing Jack & Penny by again next time they need a place to stay!

Marie was absolutely wonderful. Fast response time, plenty of communication throughout our dog’s stay with her, and incredibly cared for. We won’t need to look anywhere else as long as Marie is free!

Another repeat stay with Lourdes and we were totally satisfied. We were updated several times a day and every day by videos and photos. I reluctantly leave my dog when I get away but was truly able to relax seeing how Lourdes really takes a dog into her home and treats them like family. She understands how it feels and is very committed to making sure your dog is safe, happy, eating, (pooping) 🤭and having a nice time. Very grateful for Lourdes’s kind, compassionate care of Lucy. Lesley was very good with Bucky, taking him for his regular walks and making him feel at home. She sent lots of photos! I would have preferred knowing how many dogs she would be caring for at the same time my dog was with her. Fortunately, my dog loves canine company.

Haley and Amanda took great care of our dog Lilli. This was Lilli’s second stay with them, and she can be anxious with new people so we’re glad to have someone she’s getting more comfortable with repeat visits! Communication was great, with regular pictures and updates. We’d love to book with Haley again in the future!

Gigi & Nate are the best! I was nervous about leaving my puppy because she was one-week after being spayed and they did a great job with her. I got photo updates & I could see that our cuddly pup was getting lots of love and attention!

Garrison went all out to make our sweet Clover feel at home during her 4 night stay! She was very happy to see us when we returned, but was clear Garrison had established a loving bond, as Clover wasn’t in any hurry to leave. I wish I could leave 10 stars for Jamie! (And Luna too ?!) Lovey has anxiety and is very attached to me but she adjusted and just loved her visit with Jamie? Jamie kept in contact with me as well as gave Lovey 100% (also a new Toy!) We have been home almost a day now and I can see that she misses Jamie and playing with Luna ? I am so thrilled that when I need a loving home for Lovey there is no hesitation, I am 100% confident that she has a 2nd home at Jackie's!!! Thank you Jackie for making it so wonderful for the both of us!???

Ricardo clearly gave Barry attention because he described Barry's personality traits so accurately when I picked him up. Ricardo was prompt to respond to all of my texts. He also was kind enough to extend Barry's stay another day when we were snowed in. I appreciate Ricardo's efforts to be available and attentive and recommend other dog owners to board their dogs with him.

Cabby always has a great time with Anthony and Jayson, and loves playing with the other dogs there! They were super flexible with pick up and drop off, which we really appreciate.

It was my first time away from my boy for longer than 3 days and knowing he was in good hands helped set my mind at ease. Debra cuddled and played with Colin everyday and sent daily updates. We will definitely utilize Debra for our vacations to come. Thank you again, Krystle & Erin

Elizabeth and her family provided safe and happy vacation for our Skip and Kate. Elizabeth kept in touch and sent pictures through out the stay. When our flights were delayed she was flexible and it was easy to communicate changes with her. I highly recommend for your senior dog. I will definitely rebook with her.

Jennifer and husband were phenomenal. She was extremely responsive, and very understanding. They were great about sending photos and coordinating times/schedules. Could definitely tell my dog wanted to stay longer and will be using her again in the future !
