Rose gets 5 stars for reliability, flexibility with small changes, showing genuine caring, doing reasonable extra tasks when asked and especially communication. I felt my pets were safe in her care and that she would let me know if anything happened. I recommend her work without reservation and will surely hire her again at the next opportunity. Although there is no specific place on the rover app to talk about other pets than dogs and cats, Rose cared for our guinea pigs, hamster and chickens as well. No complaint.

Stephanie did a meet and greet with my dog prior to the first pet sitting. She was warm and affectionate with my dog and they connected immediately. I received messages and cute photos daily. This was my first time using Rover and thanks to Stephanie I am a big fan! I highly recommend Stephanie!!!

Jenna is fantastic. Great communication. We always get a full update and several pictures with each visit. And she leaves our home neat and clean. My pup loves her!

It's a leap of faith to try a new pet sitter. I really liked Zach when we met for the meet and greet, so I booked him and hoped for the best. Turns out, I worried for nothing. He arrived on time, followed all directions and was very attentive to Sam. He did a great job and I will definitely book him again.

Lauren did an excellent job looking after our two cats. Our cats were very comfortable interacting with Lauren, which is unusual for them as they tend to be quite shy.
