Samantha took great care of our dog, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the pups she sits. She also sent us the best pictures, which helped with how much we missed our dog. Samantha was prompt, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Will definitely board Pan with her again!

Iliana is very responsive and proactive in sending updates; very flexible and communicative, putting extra care into her services; my dog loves going there!

Vivan was a phenomenal sitter for Otto! She sent daily pics to show how he was doing, and he was happy the whole time! Vivian was very communicative about Otto's needs and I could tell that he was very happy staying with her. I will be using Vivian again and again in the future!

I initially reached out to watch one of my dogs for a couple of days but added a last minute request to watch another one of my family's dogs as well. So in the end he watched two dogs at the same time. He kept us updated multiple times throughout the week. One of the pups had a stomach issue and he quickly ensured that their diet was adjusted and inquired how he could help them get better under his watch. Great animal lover and very response. Thank you!

Naomi took amazing care of my fur baby! She is an older dog that takes several medications so my husband and I were anxious to leave her, but Naomi ensured that she took all of medications, made sure she felt comfortable, and kept us updated with pictures/videos. Our return flight got cancelled and we ended up being delayed an entire day, but Naomi kept our fur baby an extra night so we didn't have to worry. I will definitely be using her the next time we go away!

Yuan was fantastic with our dog! She was very easy to communicate with and from the start put us at ease with having to leave our dog with someone we just met. She sent lots of updates and pictures while we were away. Our dog got long walks in the park, a ton of play time and lots of attention. I would highly recommend Yuan!

Luna had a great time with Grace and her family. We felt assured that Luna was in good hands, as Grace answered all of our questions immediately and sent plenty of pictures and videos. Grace tried to make Luna feel more at home by introducing her to some of the other furry friends in the household (with our permission). Luna didn’t want to come home!
