Nancy took great care of my cats when I was on vacation. She left detailed messages about the care she gave them. I appreciate that she was observant with my cats’ behaviors and managed them well. This was our second time booking Nicole & Olga to cat sit our babies and have no complaints! I currently have my grandmother’s elderly cat due to them having to vacate my grandmother’s place from a fire. And Nicole & Olga, did not hesitate to care for him like the rest of my cats. Christopher was great! This was my first time leaving my animals home alone. He made sure they were comfy and relaxed during his visits. Christopher is a stand up guy and it definitely have him look after them again.

This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous leaving my dog, Nova, with someone new but Alissa made the whole experience so smooth! She was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated with multiple photos and videos throughout the stay. It was clear Nova was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Alissa went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease, and I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
