This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous leaving my dog, Nova, with someone new but Alissa made the whole experience so smooth! She was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated with multiple photos and videos throughout the stay. It was clear Nova was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Alissa went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease, and I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and professionalism.
