This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous leaving my dog, Nova, with someone new but Alissa made the whole experience so smooth! She was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated with multiple photos and videos throughout the stay. It was clear Nova was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Alissa went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease, and I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!

This was our second time booking Nicole & Olga to cat sit our babies and have no complaints! I currently have my grandmother’s elderly cat due to them having to vacate my grandmother’s place from a fire. And Nicole & Olga, did not hesitate to care for him like the rest of my cats.
