Leaving Lulu and Zara for two weeks while traveling to India was much easier thanks to Olga and Nicole. It was our first time using Rover, and they were incredible. They didn't just stick to the basics; they meticulously managed our humidifiers and sent daily photo updates that kept us connected to our girls. We've found our go to sitters!

I’m so incredibly wowed by Sharon’s warmth and thoroughness. She is the first person we’ve asked to pet sit for our 3-month-old puppy and she exceeded every expectation, making our dog feel comfortable while having fun. Our pup suffers from separation anxiety and hates to see people leave, and Sharon went above and beyond to comfort and calm her before heading out. Her updates, write-us, and pictures were top-notch as well. Can’t recommend Sharon enough!

Nancy took great care of my cat Shadow. When we exchanged keys she actually helped me pick better times for the visits based on when he'd typically want attention and play time (its the first time i've left him alone since C19 began) ... the reports were great and I will be hiring her again!

Katherine was so wonderful to our two boys while we were away! Our one kitty is asthmatic and requires inhaled medication twice daily. He doesn’t tend to tolerate being given meds by strangers unfortunately, and we were nervous to leave him. Katherine was so patient and accommodating with doing her best make him feel comfortable and successfully administer his steroids. We knew that he was in good hands! She sent consistent updates and check ins along with photos and any concerns she had, and went above and beyond to make sure our boys were taken care of. Thank you so much!

This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous leaving my dog, Nova, with someone new but Alissa made the whole experience so smooth! She was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated with multiple photos and videos throughout the stay. It was clear Nova was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Rose was really great with my cats and they seemed to take to her very quickly. She followed all instructions left, if she had any questions she reached out and was ready to get a hold of and response time was great. I will definitely use her again
