Elizabeth performed brilliantly -- she completed all requests without fail and provided plenty of photographic and written responses. She was timely in arranging service initially. Sophie took wonderful care of our two kittens while we were away on a long trip. Since it was our first time using a sitter, we were pretty nervous but she was very communicative and attentive which gave us so much peace of mind. We could tell that she was going above and beyond to make sure they had lots of love and attention. When we came home, it was clear they had been well cared for—happy, healthy, and content. We’re so grateful and would love for Sophie to watch our girls again sometime.
