I was very happy with my overall experience with Rover. It was easy to set up and choose someone to care for my 2 cats when I was out of town. Nancy was great! She came when she said she would and gave me updates at each visit. When I came home, the house was so calm and peaceful. The cats were safe, fed and happy. Nicole watched our cats for our wedding and because of it we had nothing to worry about on our special day. Five stars does not cut it when it comes to how incredible Nicole is!

Maritza was great with my cat, Riley. She took time to meet Riley and get an idea of her daily routine. She provided daily updates with tons of photos and videos and a description of how Riley was during each visit. Maritza was very respectful throughout the process and provided me with a sense of ease knowing my cat was in good hands while I was away. Our 2 cats were in great hands with Bridget while we were out of the country on our honeymoon. She was very responsive and sent several photos and updates on them every day that helped us feel at ease about our pets being alone for so long. We will definitely hire her again for any future trips out of town! :)

Tina was so lovely with Cleo! Even though my cat was skittish and didn't interact with Tina much, she went above and beyond in meeting Cleo's needs. She also sent me regular pictures and videos everyday. I really appreciate Tina taking in Cleo under such short notice.

Maddy was great!! Very communicative and super sweet to our kitty. I highly recommend her!

Theresa did a great job caring for my black and white cat Leo who needs injections of insulin and for my orange cat Oliver. She was able to accomplish everything needed and was very pleasant to work with!
