House Sitting in Lake Carmel

Hallie is incredible! We had her house sit for our cats and truly just expected her to spend the nights with them but she also spent lots of time during the day too. She also gives really detailed info and lots of pictures. All of which made us feel like our boys were well cared for and we could just enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend Hallie!

Jason was very attentive and did a great job taking care of our Labrador retriever.

Richie came over for a meet and greet before we left for vacation. I felt immediately that he’d be good with my dog and cat. Everything went very smoothly that week and I trusted my girls were in good hands. Not only did he leave the house just how we left it, he did a wash to make sure the sheets and towels were clean! We’ve already booked him for our next getaway.

Kasey took wonderful care of our senior dog, Murphy, while we were away on vacation. We truly appreciated her help with daily medications and keeping Murphy entertained during a particularly cold and snowy weekend. Kasey stayed in touch and sent photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were gone. She also left our home in excellent condition which was very much appreciated. We would absolutely book with Kasey again.

Courtney is a delight. She is reliable and attentive; she keeps us informed. She immediately notified us of a change in one of our dogs behavior and we were able to problem-solve and resolve the issue. We would highly recommend her. We have used her to house/dog sit in multiple occasions and will continue to do so.

Lucy and Rebecca did an awesome job! They came and cared for our dog in our home for 9 days. We were thrilled at the care they gave to Scout and to our home. They were very sensitive to the fact that we had recently lost our other dog and were particularly attentive. We had daily updates and as a result, we had a wonderful vacation. We hired Joseph for the first time to watch our 2 dogs while we were away for the weekend. We have a very energetic pointer and a cavapoo who is more chill. Together, they can be a handful. They sometimes get separation anxiety, so we’re anxious to have a new sitter. Joseph put our minds at ease. He was punctual, responsible, caring, followed all instructions and was very communicative. He asked all the right questions so he could provide the best care for our pups. I highly recommend Joseph and have already booked additional dates with him on Rover.

Jeffrey was amazing. This was the first time I had someone outside of family stay with my dog Myka and he made the entire experience feel really comfortable and easy. From our initial meet and greet, he was so sweet and immediately playful with her, which put me at ease right away. While I was away, he stayed for four days and consistently sent daily updates and photos, which I really appreciated. It was clear he genuinely cared about connecting with Myka. He made sure she got plenty of exercise with daily walks and playtime, and I could tell she was happy and well cared for while I was away. His communication was great throughout my trip, and I would absolutely recommend Jeffrey to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and attentive to watch your fur baby.

We never used Rover before and were a little nervous about the experience, but Maria did a wonderful job and made us feel comfortable from the start! She met us first in advance, sent us pictures while we were away, and was extremely communicative! The cats seemed to approve, too! We would definitely have Maria back when we go away again.

Jessie is a very caring person and she feels like someone you’ve known forever, even though you are just meeting her. Fae was a very happy dog when we came back home, it was like we never left. Thanks Jessie.

Alexis did an amazing job taking care of our 3 dogs all weekend. From a puppy to our old gal. In every photo sent they all looked like they were having a blast. Would definitely recommend and will be requesting Alexis for future trips

Erica was by far the best sitter we’ve ever had - we trusted her from the moment we met her and she proved us right with her excellent service, care for our pets, and communication. We would without question highly recommend Erica to anyone looking for a sitter - as long as you don’t steal her away from us, that is :-)

Kristin was just so amazing. She is very capable and she made us feel so confident to leave our house and pets in her care. She loved our pets and honestly our pets looked so very well cared for and content in the photos and videos that she sent. I would highly recommend her. Her communication and expertise with pets is outstanding. She was just great at her job. Hands down a top notch pet/house sitter.
