Excellent communication! We had some traveling snafu’s and Deborah was extremely understanding. What you want as a pet owner is someone who cares, communicates, and you trust and Deborah is all of that. In fact we have already re-booked her again!
I highly recommend Alex. He is so knowledgeable about dogs and super caring. He really helped us out by arriving very early so we could attend a memorial service. I would definitely use him again.
Sam is such a caring and responsible companion to our Milano. She keeps in constant contact with pics and videos which put my mind at ease. I highly recommend her!
As always Valeria was a dream to have watch our dogs. We love her the most!!
