Georgianne visited my cat a couple of times a day for 4 days while I traveled. We had good communication, she sent pictures and was very responsive. Thank you!

We highly recommend Susan! She is an excellent caregiver. She kept good contact with us and I really feel our blind senior kitty Max was given the best treatment from her. Chan does a wonderful job. She is great with my two cats and even my very shy Phantom has warmed up to her, while Miss Daaè loves her. She is very reliable and responsible and makes sure they are well cared for while we are away. We have used her several times now and plan to continue.

This was my first time getting a cat sitter and Adam did his thing. Definitely a 10/10 my cats went from saying who this man to heeeey friend and that itself says a lot! Thank you ssooooooo much!

We absolutely love Erica. We had multiple family emergencies all at once and needed aid with the cats during a holiday week, last minute. Not only was Erica responsive to our initial needs but she was extremely accommodating as circumstances changed throughout the week. Our cats have special needs and she has easily earned their trust when administering oral/topical meds. They’re usually skittish with anyone but those who live in the house but they just love when she’s around. Can’t imagine trusting anyone else with our furry friends, and I can’t sing her praises enough. Thank you, Erica!!

Andrew, his family and their fuzzies were very welcoming of Theo. I had to go out of the country and they made me feel like Theo would be in good hands as soon as I met them. They certainly know what they’re doing!! They coordinated well with my friend for the drop off and pick up and sent me pictures everyday! 11/10 would recommend to anyone in the Syracuse area!

Josiah was able to come take care of my cat Bronco last minute, and was extremely helpful with accommodating my unpredictable schedule that required adding extra visits. He's a great, communicative sitter and hiring him has made the last few trips I've made much less stressful for me and for Bronco.

Jamie was absolutely phenomenal. We are new to the area and were worried about our first trip away, but Jamie had no issues at all with our instructions, dealing with parking for our apartment, or working with us on the best schedule for our kitties. At the meet and greet beforehand, she was friendly, professional, and reassuring. She was amazing with our animals and somehow managed to break our shy one out of his shell (cats just know when they see a good human!) and sent us thorough updates with lots of pictures, which really helped us feel less anxious and enjoy our travels more. Thank you SO much Jamie - we will hire her again!!

We were new to the area and needed a new sitter for our three cats when we were out of town. Kristin was amazing!!! It was so comforting to know that our cats were in such good hands. We received daily photos and updates and the cats seemed genuinely comfortable with her since the first visit. We’re already rebooking.
