Wei agreed to a last minute sitting job, had excellent communication and was flexible when I was running late to pick Monroe up! She even brought her on an adventure and Monroe was a happy and tired pup when she got home.

Miley had a great time with Tara! She was responsive and communicative throughout the day. Really appreciated the last minute assist.

Sierra is fantastic! I was anxious since it's the first time in a long while we used Rover, and Sierra was welcoming, warm and kind. Thank you so much for watching Bolt.

Laura took care of our dog Ficelle for two days, and it was a truly wonderful experience. We are a French couple traveling around the world, and we were visiting New York when we needed someone to look after our Border Collie. From the very beginning, everything went perfectly with Laura. Ficelle was happy, well cared for, and we felt completely at ease. It was a real pleasure to have Laura as our pet sitter. Sophia was absolutely wonderful with our two puppies! From the moment we met her, it was obvious how much she genuinely cares for animals and treats them as if they were her own. She spent time cuddling with them, took them on walks, and even brought them to the dog park so they could play and burn off some energy. She checked in regularly, sent lots of photos, and kept us updated on how their day was going. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups. We will definitely book with Sophia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy pet sitter.

Eleanor was fabulous. Flexible with the drop off and pick up, stayed in touch throughout Toby’s six hour visit! She seemed to genuinely enjoy his company. We will repeat when on the Upper East Side again! Thank you!

12/10 would book again! I have a very senior doggy with a lot of special needs (mobility issues, needs to go out frequently, etc.) and she took such great care of him! Very communicative and worked around my schedule. He was very happy to go each day!!

Beyond grateful for Seoyoung & Donguk’s acceptance of my very last minute request. Our original sitter fell through. I messaged several people at 2am for a 10am drop off. I didn’t think anyone would reply but thankfully they accepted within the hour. Drop off and pick up was a breeze and I was informed he had a soft stool during his stay.

We are pet parents and We were traveling from Iowa with our baby to show him NYC.. He is an adorable kid but it's very hard to find a sitter who would go miles to make your kid comfortable.. Lee is one of those sitters who understands what and how it feels to leave your pet in a completely new city having faith on a stranger.. Since it was very hot we decided to keep him with her so that we could do the sightseeing where he is not allowed.. From the moment we left him with her till the time I picked him up, we got constant updates on him.. She made extra efforts to make buddy feel like home.. I could see the smile and happiness in his eyes when she shared millions of pictures and videos.. I can go on and on but even that won't justify the efforts she put in for my Buddy.. So all I can say that if you want someone who would love your dog just like you, she is the one... Hands down!!!

Nicole is an amazing dog sitter! My senior pup absolutely loved her. She was incredibly responsive and answered all my texts right away. Nicole took excellent care of Lila while I was away, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands.
