Peggy is a wonderful pet sitter! Followed instructions to an T and was easy to communicate with when changes happened on my end. I never expect a sitter to clean up messes but it’s so great when they do, Peggy brought our packages in too! My cat is super happy :) Thank you Peggy!

Eliza took such good care of my cat Ozu. Eliza and her team sent frequent updates and gave my cat plenty of attention during their visits. I will definitely have them watch her again in the future.

This was my first time using Rover and I’ll admit I was a bit nervous. Nikki put my fears at ease immediately - she was super consistent on updates/photos/videos letting me know kimchi was ok and quite happy, she was so communicative and so friendly. I will absolutely use her again!

Eleni was WONDERFUL with my 2 cats!!! I will definitely be hiring her again!!! Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!

Elisabeth, you were great. I'm just sorry you didn't get a chance to get to know my wonderful cat because she is so shy. I really appreciate that you tried to find her and were diligent about taking care of her.

Xiaoying is really great at taking care of my cat. She is always very considerate and provides professional care for David. Highly recommend!

Could not have asked for a better experience with Mila! I ended up having to extend my trip and she was flexible and willing to keep taking care of my cat until I got back. Absolute lifesaver :)

Jeffrey was incredibly communicative, answering texts promptly and giving helpful updates. He followed all instructions and was just great with my kitten, giving him his medicine and playing with him.

Jiamin was incredible! She sent pictures and videos the entire time she was with Pip. I felt great knowing Pip had company and didn’t have any disruptions to her routine. 10/10 would recommend. I’ll definitely rebook!
