Mirin is truly exceptional, and I can’t say enough good things about her! Caring for two dogs isn’t always easy, but she handled everything with such ease, patience, and genuine care. It’s clear she treats every pet like her own. What really sets Mirin apart are her incredibly detailed updates and the abundance of photos she shares after each visit. She doesn’t just check a box, she takes the time to highlight their behavior, moods, and little moments, which made me feel completely connected and reassured while I was away. My dogs absolutely adore her, and it shows in how happy and relaxed they are in every update. Knowing they were not only safe but genuinely enjoying their time gave me so much peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and truly dedicated, Mirin is the best you could ask for. I feel so lucky to have found her and will continue to trust her with my dogs without hesitation!

Drew was fantastic watching our boys while we were away. Always available and gave us constant updates. My corgi is blind and we are on the 5th floor of our building, one of our biggest fears was the elevator going out and unfortunately it happened one time during our trip. Drew carried our 38lb boy down the stairs and took great care of him to make sure he felt safe. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so thankful to have found him!!! Secret goes above and beyond for my pups. She is very responsive, easy to coordinate with and very responsible! She always sends a ton of pics and videos so we could see how our pups are doing! Best experience so far on Rover! Highly recommend her!
