Paula was so understanding and professional when there were issues with building entry. She was respectful of my space and of course kind and efficient to my cats needs. She has a very calm energy which was perfect for my shy cat. Would definitely recommend her!

Liliana is great with our cat who usually hides away when we're gone. She's now coming out and being friendly which is great and makes us feel better when we're away from her.

Medina is incredibly reliable. She caught a mistake in the booking and let me know so I was able to fix it. She also gave an eye ointment for my cat, besides pulling the other. She is wonderful.

I would give Stephanie 10 stars if I could. She is incredibly sweet, thorough, and communicative. She leaves detailed cards about your pet’s visits and lots of pictures! She’s very good about the times of her visits and goes the extra mile. My kitty got a little sick from the stress and she took her to the vet twice for me and administered medications! I truly could not have asked for a better sitter.

I was so sad to leave my cat alone for the first time in years, and I can’t express what a godsend Selina was to me and him— she made the whole thing stress-free and easy!! I looked forward to her sweet updates and adorable pictures every day!! She took amazing care of him, and it was such a relief knowing he had a buddy checking in on him while I was gone. Aashree took care of my cat over a long weekend. I found her to be very accommodating, kind, and prompt to respond to questions about scheduling. Charlie didn’t seem at all interested in me when I got home from my trip — which is always the sign of a great pet care experience!
