We had an amazing experience with Grettel. She took such wonderful care of my cats while I was away. I reached out last minute and Grettel responded so quickly with attentive care. Grettel was punctual, remained communicative, and went above and beyond—leaving the house very clean. The cats seemed content and comfortable when I returned. I came back to happy, calm cats and a tidy home. I felt totally at ease knowing they were in such good hands. I would absolutely book with Grettel again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and loving cat sitter!

I hadn't left my cats in the last year after moving here and was apprehensive about doing so. Jules was amazing, followed scheduled to the T and wonderfully, left a clean house and happy kittens.

Paula W. 100% 5 star GEM We had less than 24 hrs notice. Our cats eyesight was deteriorating and my anxiety was uncontrollable. I couldn't leave her alone. It is February and the weather is as bad as can be. Freezing rain on top of snow. We never met Paula but she said YES, she would help us! Amazing!! Paula showed up a few minutes early. I immediately felt comfortable and confident that my cat would be well taken care of while I was away for a few hours. Paula was great! She texted me pics and updates and reassured me my baby girl was ok. I can't thank you enough Paula. Best wishes

Elizabeth is a perfect communicator and made me feel my cat was in great hands the week I was away. I could tell from her reports that she really understood and appreciated my cat, and that they had a really nice time together. I give Elizabeth my highest recommendation, and will definitely be reaching back out to her when I'm next out of town!

James was great! When we met for a meet n greet, I had a great first impression. She asked questions about our cats’ habits, health and feeding, and was super respectful of our home. We got multiple photos with each visit report, and she was communicative over Rover chat. We will absolutely hire her again!

By far the best cat sitter we have ever found. We returned home to a purring, contented little guy - fluffy and well groomed. The house was also immaculate and all the plants, mail - everything had clearly been given attention and care. Ianthe is a total pro, I felt 1000% safe and secure knowing she was minding things at home. And her photo updates were funny and sweet - she’s kind of a riot, and an excellent communicator. She goes the extra mile to offer real care. Recommended wholeheartedly!
