Laura is incredibly reliable, professional, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. Throughout the entire time we were away, she sent us daily updates, with adorable photos that reassured me my cats were well cared for. I also appreciated the little things—like taking the time to play with them, clean their litter boxes, and ensure they had plenty of fresh food and water. I’ll definitely be booking her again the next time I need a sitter, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and kind person to look after their pets.

Vanessa was sweet and consistent in taking care of my kitty while I was gone. She communicated throughout the entire process and before, to coordinate key exchanges and meet and greets. I am grateful for how much she played with and hung out with my cat while I was gone :)

Ryozo did a great job watching our cat while we were out of town for a week. He made time to come by for a meet and greet beforehand, and kept us updated with pictures while we were away. We came home to a happy cat!

Eleni was WONDERFUL with my 2 cats!!! I will definitely be hiring her again!!! Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!
