Dog Boarding in Middle Village

This was our very first time using Rover and dropping off our cat, Timmy, so we were understandably very nervous. Denis and his wife were absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. They went out of their way to reassure us, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Throughout Timmy’s stay, they sent us multiple updates, photos, and videos each day so we could see how happy and relaxed he was. It was clear they treated him like their own and truly cared about his well-being. Timmy quickly felt at home with them, which gave us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. We’re already booking Denis and his wife again for our next trip and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring, attentive pet sitters.

This is our first time using Rover and booking with Kristin and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience! She was very attentive to the needs of our senior dog who takes oral medication. She provided updates throughout our dog's stay which was very helpful! Highly recommend and would book again.

Jasmil took such incredible care of my fur baby while I was traveling multiple weeks. Even when there was trip disruption and my flight was cancelled, she kindly extended her care so it was one less thing to worry about. Sherry and Walter were amazing sitters for our girl 🐶! They were very communicative and made sure to send us updates and pictures throughout our trip, which was so appreciated. We get nervous with new people around our pup because she can be a bit anxious, and they agreed to take the time to meet her before the actual drop off date. More importantly our pup was happy and TIRED when we picked her up, we could tell she was active during her stay. Thank you so much Sherry and Walter, we would definitely use you guys again :)

Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! I was using a local boarding facility who was charging me a ridiculous amount to only find out they were mistreating my bubby, and in a last minute panic, booked David and didn’t regret it. I immediately felt so comfortable with him and got so many updates as I dealt with a chaotic move. My buddy can be a lot so his patience and joy dealing with him made me so happy

Kiersten and Casey were absolutely amazing in taking care of Nalu. From the start, they made me feel at ease, keeping me updated and sharing lots of photos! I couldn’t ask for better sitters - highly recommend!!!

Got to say My son was worried, and When we met the Bruno and Victoria family, my son was still nerves, But Bruno and his wife made my son happy with all the daily videos messages and pictures thru out the day made him feel that his dogs were in safe hands and with a happy home. Bruno and his family are clearly a caring family and they had alot of space at there home and a yard.

Maria was wonderful with Charlie. He seemed so happy while they were together. She administered his medication accordingly and took him on trips to the park and cafes. I would gladly leave my son with Maria again.

Tiffany was the best - she was able to take Ruby on short notice when a work trip popped up and was super communicative, so sweet and experienced with an older dog. Could not recommend her enough. I felt really at ease leaving my senior dog with her!

Gaby and her husband took amazing care of our dog Elvis for 12 days over the holidays. Elvis is a senior dog with special needs, and they were so gentle, patient, and loving with him. Gaby sent thoughtful updates and photos that gave us total peace of mind. Elvis looked happy, relaxed, and very well cared for. We are so grateful and would absolutely book with Gaby again. John was great and kept me up to date with Reggie throughout my trip! I felt I could go away without being worried as he asked questions if need be. Would definitely recommend and personally use again in the future!

Angela was absolutely wonderful with Harlow! From the very beginning, she was so responsive, accommodating, and attentive when I sent over Harlow’s care instructions and all of her details. While I was away in Europe, Angela sent me a photo of Harlow every day and kept me updated just as I had asked, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was traveling. Most importantly, when I picked Harlow up, she seemed so happy and genuinely loved being with Angela. It was clear that she had been well cared for and given lots of love and attention. I’m so grateful to Angela for taking such great care of my girl, and I would absolutely trust her with Harlow again. Thank you so much, Angela! ❤️

This was my second booking with Diana for her to watch my 3-year-old high energy rescue Chihuahua. I love that my dog Yuna loves Diana’s children and they get extra playtime. I was out of town during the blizzard so I appreciated Diana’s backyard. She is the best! I would definitely book again (:

Tony and Sofiya are amazing! They treat Bella like she’s their own. They are extremely accommodating, even when I have last minute requests. Bella really loves going to their place and is always excited when I drop her off. By far the best sitters I’ve found for Bella. Thank you guys so much for everything!
