House Sitting in Modena

TJ is the best! He loves my dogs like we love them! He snuggles with them and sends pictures to show us how much fun they are having. He provided care in my house and exceeded my expectations!

Kasey was great. She took great care of our cat and sent photos each day. She even replaced our lizard’s bulb that burnt out right when we left for our trip. If not replaced, we may have lost our lizard. We can’t thank Kasey enough for that and taking such great care of Koto. We would welcome Kasey back!

Claire was a wonderful sitter for our mini schnauzer, Bunny. She was professional from start to finish, communicated clearly throughout the stay, and sent regular updates that gave us total peace of mind. We came home to a house in great condition and a very happy dog. We would book Claire again without hesitation and recommend her highly.

Ebony is nothing short of amazing. She kept us updated and made sure Bubba had everything he needed to feel comfortable!

Absolutely would work with James again! James was super communicative, kind and overall great energy! When I came home to my sweet girl she was in such good spirits. I knew she was in good hands. Thank you again James! 😁

Leslie was absolutely wonderful with my dog Dacks who tends to be very shy/timid. In addition she was able to accommodate a very last minute request from me due to a work change which I am endlessly grateful for. I would definitely recommend her to others!

We have tried many different house sitting and boarding options over the last 23 years and besides family she has proven to be the best by far! Dawn is a professional, kind, compassionate and attentive caregiver. When we came home it was very clear that our dogs had been properly exercised and given the attention they needed. They were relaxed and peaceful. it was as if we had just stepped out for a short while. I was slightly disappointed at the lack of excitement when we came home but I knew there was a good reason why. There may be other sitters who offer a less expensive fee but I can assure you that Dawn is worth the money. We have already booked our next house sitting with her!

Rose was so nice and patient with both of my animals! She gave many updates throughout the night and we are so grateful. Can’t wait to have her back!

Bre was amazing. She was so patient with our older dog who tends to take a while to warm up to new people. She took such great care of both of our dogs. She left our house as she found it and even helped with small tasks she did not have to do. Our dogs were so well cared for while we were away.

MJ seemed to be in very good spirits when I returned from my work trip, which is wonderful and speaks to Kaylene being great with cats. Also, Kaylene left the apartment in good clean condition. She was timely for our meet and greet where we went over MJ’s care needs as well as the apartment set up. Kaylene was respectful in communication though I did have to ask for updates every few days about MJ, and over the course of the two week trip, I received 4 photos of MJ. While MJ is shy, I do feel establishing consistent communication about the pet is a key part of the job. I was informed 1 day before Kaylene’s departure that she would not be able to complete our other agreed upon dates throughout the summer as she got a full time position so I am in a bit of a bind having to find trustworthy care for MJ. I am sure Kaylene will do well in her new job. Overall, I definitely feel Kaylene is trustworthy with pets.

Dylan was great. Good communication and my dogs were happy and well taken care of!

Jack was absolutely wonderful with our dogs, Eva and Mavis! They’re both pretty nervous and anxious with new people, but Jack took his time letting them get comfortable and built trust at their pace. He followed all instructions carefully and kept us updated throughout the weekend, which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to two happy pups — such a gift! By far the best cat sitter we have ever found. We returned home to a purring, contented little guy - fluffy and well groomed. The house was also immaculate and all the plants, mail - everything had clearly been given attention and care. Ianthe is a total pro, I felt 1000% safe and secure knowing she was minding things at home. And her photo updates were funny and sweet - she’s kind of a riot, and an excellent communicator. She goes the extra mile to offer real care. Recommended wholeheartedly!
