Lauren was great and took excellent care of my pup! She was flexible and able to help out in a last minute situation. Linyan was wonderful - prompt, communicative, and took loads of photos and even a video. I was not for one second worried about my little Ruthie, and she seemed to have a great day with Linyan and her dog. She is contentious, caring, and I absolutely plan on using her again!
Svetlana was AMAZING. Our dog is pretty picky but he loved her immediately and (our true test) gave her a hug goodbye. Can't wait to book Svetlana again!
Bethany was so accommodating and kind when I met her to give her my nervous puppy for the day. She did such a great job with him. He was so well cared for, and easily started to feel safe and calm. She fed him, played with him, and let him have his space when he needed it. She also provided updates and pictures throughout the day. Wonderful NYC location with easy drop off and pickup. I would highly recommend her. I will use her again in the future when I am back in FIDI.

Yutong and Mengya were amazing hosts! Received many pictures and even videos of our dog, keeping us posted as the day goes on. They were also very flexible with scheduling, responds quickly, and able to squeeze us in last minute! I highly recommend them for your next booking
