We had a great experience with Alec! My dog was staying my with my sister while I was away and he dropped in to walk her while sis was working from home. We are so happy with his kindness to Chloe and his easy way with dogs—Chloe can be standoffish and take a while to warm up to people but she was comfortable with Alec. Stephanie is an experienced pet professional. She came for a meet and greet very prepared and curious about my dog. She goes out of her way to make the humans and pets feel good about her. She is prompt and very communicative.
