She made leaving our fur babies at home worry free. Kaitlyn is extremely sweet, courteous, friendly, and professional. She goes above and beyond. The meows 100% approved. Our old guy that can be very shy warmed up to her. If you need a pet sitter, Kaitlyn is the best!

Jessica is wonderful. She came prepared to our meet and greet with questions and notes and she always responds quickly when you send her a message. She followed all feeding and medication instructions. My kitty was in great hands and was so calm when I came home. Will definitely use her services again in the future.

Antoinette is fantastic!! Mister Peach (my cat) and I highly recommend her. She is reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and caring... I've hired her several times to take care of Peach while I'm away and will continue to do so. 5 stars!

Thank you, Brianna, for taking care of my elderly cats for two weeks! Usually, when I leave them, they get upset and could pee all over and make a mess. At this time, I came back to the clean apartment, and my cats were healthy and cheerful 😻.

Iris was great for our holiday trip and sitting with our little kitty Meow! We arrived home to a happy kitty bitty. Iris's communication thru out was great. I recommend and will definitely use Iris again!

Jason did a wonderful job once again taking care of Cali and Willie! This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve used him, and he continues to go above and beyond every single time. Shibo was absolutely amazing! I have two male cats, and one of them I had just adopted 10 days before leaving for my trip. He was very skittish when I first got him, but he warmed up to Shibo right away. My other cat took a liking to him immediately as well—who wouldn’t! Shibo was so wonderful, giving my cats the attention they needed while I was away. In the past, I relied on neighbors and people just stopping by to feed and check on them, but my experience with Shibo has completely changed my perspective. It is worth every penny to have someone as great as him looking after your fur babies! When I returned, I could see the difference in my fluffy companions in the best way as this is very early in their introduction phase. I had peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. Shibo provided fantastic updates and beautiful photos, making it clear that my cats had a wonderful time with their new friend. I have full trust in Shibo as I also came home to find everything exactly as I expected. I highly recommend Shibo for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter! Especially cats.

Sylvia cat sat for us for a few days and she always stayed way past her 30 minutes drop in visit time. She is very thorough. She gave our 2 cats treats and washed the bowls afterwards. She followed the directions thoroughly and will always let us know when she arrives and when she leaves. She sends us a ton of videos and photo updates.

This was the first time that Michelle dropped in on Cuddles. She gave her food, water and a clean litter box. Cuddles is not a friendly cat and seems very happy that Michelle was there to provide for her. I would definitely ask Michelle to care for Cuddles again.

Karlos was awesome with our 5 kitties and dropped by before we left for vacay so that we could show him the rundown of where everything was. He was flexible and accommodating of our feeding and litter box times and asked questions whenever he was unsure. He provided us with details and photos of my furbabies during each visit. One of my girls has IBS and he would send us pictures of her food dish to make sure she was getting her RX food. Another one of my girls tends to sometimes pee outside of the litter box and Karlos would inform us if she did and mop up the urine. And to top it all off, he was patient and caring towards my kitties (which means a great deal in a world where an animals life isn't considered as precious as a humans).
