Jen is very communicative and thorough with her checkins on our cats! We are glad to call her our catsitter!

Angela did an excellent job watching and feeding my cat and fish while I was gone for the weekend. We'll definitely be requesting her again in future when we're out of town and need sometime to take care of our animals!

Shibo was absolutely amazing! I have two male cats, and one of them I had just adopted 10 days before leaving for my trip. He was very skittish when I first got him, but he warmed up to Shibo right away. My other cat took a liking to him immediately as well—who wouldn’t! Shibo was so wonderful, giving my cats the attention they needed while I was away. In the past, I relied on neighbors and people just stopping by to feed and check on them, but my experience with Shibo has completely changed my perspective. It is worth every penny to have someone as great as him looking after your fur babies! When I returned, I could see the difference in my fluffy companions in the best way as this is very early in their introduction phase. I had peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. Shibo provided fantastic updates and beautiful photos, making it clear that my cats had a wonderful time with their new friend. I have full trust in Shibo as I also came home to find everything exactly as I expected. I highly recommend Shibo for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter! Especially cats.

Jessica is awesome. She's very responsible and diligent. We've never had a vacation with a drop-in sitter before and she's relieved all of my concerns. She made leaving our fur babies at home worry free. Kaitlyn is extremely sweet, courteous, friendly, and professional. She goes above and beyond. The meows 100% approved. Our old guy that can be very shy warmed up to her. If you need a pet sitter, Kaitlyn is the best!
