Hayley took great care of my small dog and semi-decorative feral cat while my fiance was working and I had to fly out to Idaho for a funeral. She followed the instructions I gave and asked questions about the pets if she wasn’t sure about something (my dog has a plethora of pre existing health conditions and she noticed one and asked about it). I even had to modify the instructions due to lake effect snow and she followed those.
The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because there isn’t an option to give more!!!! Awesome human that is incredible with my dog❤️
