House Sitting in Palisades

Eric was absolutely incredible. I found him very last minute, and not only was he available, but he came extra early before I left just so he could meet River and I could feel comfortable leaving her with someone I had never used before. That immediately made me feel so much better. He took such amazing care of her. He was taking her on multiple long walks every day—to the point that she was actually exceeding her daily step goals while I was gone. I got to see them interact after the stay, and it was SO obvious how much she loved him and genuinely enjoyed spending time with him. He even gave her a bath and was able to handle her without any issues, which I really appreciated. He was also extremely communicative the entire time. I got pictures, videos, and updates throughout the day, not just one quick report at the end. He was polite, easy to work with, and left my apartment clean. Probably the best endorsement I can give is that I hadn’t even returned from my trip yet before I booked him for another six-night stay. I already have several more trips coming up—including another last-minute trip next week, a four-day work trip in a couple of months, and two multi-week international trips in the spring—and I fully plan on using Eric for all of them if he’s available. Finding someone I trust with River is a HUGE deal for me, and I feel incredibly lucky that I found him.

Adam was great with our cat and dog. He house sat for us and left the house as he found it and kept up with the pets busy schedules. Thanks again!

Yvette was wonderful and took great care of our Amy. I would definitely recommend her and know if I rebook her I will not have to worry about anything. If you are looking for a great sitter she is the one!!

Highly recommend!!! Brandon is communicative, kind, and willing to go the extra mile for your pets and your home! He was excellent with our elderly dog and her unique needs, and kept us updated on her condition. He also sent us a bunch of pictures, which I love. The pets all loved Brandon right away and we were at ease knowing that they were with a real animal lover. Will definitely book with him again!

Julia was amazing. She watched our two high maintenance dogs for about a week. The dogs seemed very happy with her. The house was very clean and in order when we returned. Julia was very communicative and sent tons of pictures. I highly recommend her and would use her again.

Becky was simply amazing. Big storm, power went out, and she took care of our Bear and could not have been more pleasant and upbeat while we were away. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

This was our second booking with Theo, and he continues to do an excellent job taking care of our cats.

Peter is an AMAZING, if not THE BEST dog sitter!! Absolutely phenomenal!! After only moving here a few months ago, we were worried about leaving our fur baby with someone we didn’t know. Our Murphy has some quirks, and the dog-friendly complex we live in can be a stressful environment for him, so were worried we wouldn’t find a sitter who could keep track of all of these things, or more importantly, someone who wanted to. But Peter went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations—he met us and Murphy with the knowledge and experience of a canine professional, all on top of kindness and friendliness. He sent us a multitude of updates with adorable pictures, made sure to follow any instruction we left, and went out of his way to make sure the apartment was somehow cleaner than when we left (washed everything he used, took the trash out…etc!) He also took Murphy on multiple walks a day (maybe even more than we do), and provided all the cuddles for our very cuddly pup. How could he be even better? Our flight got cancelled 4 times, and we were stuck in a different state for another day with no way home. Peter assured us he would be more than happy to stay with Murph, even rearrange his schedule to accomodate this last second, chaotic situation. Overall, a friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative sitter that blew away my expectations and made me feel more than at ease on our vacation—I was able to sit on the beach stress-free and enjoy it! Thank you so, so much Peter!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a more capable or amazing sitter! Emoni was responsive, caring, and attentive of our pup from the minute we left to the time we returned. She asked a ton of questions to make sure she was taking proper care of our dog, sent many updates while we were gone, and treated our dog like he was her own. We will definitely be booking again, and if you’re looking for someone who will make your pup feel like family, book Emoni!

Crystal does a fantastic job with my husky snow. He enjoys her company and her companionship. My little one biscuit is even warming up to her. The cat Jack likes to sit downstairs watching her read and talk to snow. She is been an added addition to our furry family. She is always my first choice to sit my furry children. She is provided education on my husky. She's very professional and dependable.

Gwen was absolutely fantastic with our dogs and hands down our favorite sitter!

Jacqueline went above and beyond. The me of my cars got sick last minute and she took on medicating and wound treatment. She was an excellent communicator and everyone looked safe and happy when I returned.
