Katherine went above and beyond in caring for my sick cat while I was away for three days. Her exceptional care and compassion provided me with peace of mind during my trip. I knew my furry baby was in excellent hands, and Katherine's nurturing and kind-hearted approach truly made all the difference. Returning home to find my cat healthy and happy speaks volumes about the level of care Katherine provided. I'm immensely grateful and wouldn't hesitate to entrust her with my pet's care again in the future. She even beyond her duty and stoped by at the store and bought her warm chicken everyday. Ms. Donna was wonderful with our cat Gia. She followed all our directions to a T. Our cat was surprisingly super comfortable with Ms. Donna as Ms. Donna was very welcoming and friendly towards Gia. Ms. Donna truly took the time and effort to make sure our precious Gia felt loved while we were away. And what I absolutely loved was that Ms. Donna sent videos and photos of Gia which made my family and I so much at ease knowing that our fur baby was doing more than okay.
