Lavinia is the absolute best! We have used her services several times and have always come home to happy, well taken care of animals. She is super reliable and easy to communicate with. Usually our dogs are pretty anxious when they see us packing suitcases but this time, they were so chill because they knew it meant Lavinia was coming! One of our dogs can be very reactive and I never worry about her with Lavinia. Highly recommend!!!

Emily is simply the best! She is our “go to” sitter and our dog adores her. She is incredibly responsive and responsible - we have never had a pet sitter that even comes close to her.

We had a wonderful experience with Lauren! She was attentive, professional, and took the time to learn about our dogs' routines and personalities. We especially appreciated the frequent updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs were happy, well cared for, and clearly received lots of attention. Luis was a God send that went way above and beyond his call of duty. I was so concerned about the impending snow and how my dog would react. On the snow day he stepped up and took extra care to make sure she never experienced any pain or discomfort. As a house sitter he kept in constant contact providing updates about my fur baby and my home. He followed every requested item on my baby’s schedule to ensure and maintain her health schedule. I would highly recommend Luis as a pet sitter and dog walker.

As a first time user of Rovers services and first time leaving my pup for the longest period of time since getting her, Rico not only eased our minds, but went out if his way to communicate, and send photos/ videos all while taking care of our home too! Upon returning, the home was left in PERFECT If not better condition than we left it in, and our pup was not anxious or stressed to see us after being away! We will ABSOLUTELY be using his services again and again! Thank you Rico for the care, professionalism, and ease that you provide, you allowed us to completely enjoy our vacation without guilt or stress! You’re the best!

We loved that Robyn sent pictures of Kodie - we could see that he was happy and having fun!! She went above and beyond, taking him out with her (he loves to go in the car), and obviously giving him lots of attention. We will always try to get on Robyn’s schedule first!!!

We are so grateful to have found Mary! Our dog Beau had only been left by us one other night and had been cared for by family. I was so worried until I met Mary. Beau loved her. She was so sweet and affectionate with him. She came over to play with him before our trip, and spent the night with him at our home so he would feel more secure. She sent lots of pictures and regular updates. Such a relief! We are already planning a trip in the fall and we will definitely plan it so that Mary can stay with Beau again. She is awesome!

Abigail stayed overnight with our GSD and we could not have been happier with the whole experience. She was communicative and gave us updates including photos. She checked in with us in the morning before leaving as we were not coming home until later. She is very calm and kind and our dog seemed comfortable with her. We have already booked her again for another overnight stay.
