Pet Sitting in Pleasant Valley

This is the first time I have ever used Rover, and to be honest, I was a bit apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect. Luckily, I found Donna and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I really appreciated how she took the time to meet and greet myself and my dog before accepting the booking. It was comforting to know she wanted to interact with my dog and make sure it was a good fit for everyone before immediately saying yes. Definitely helped to make me feel comfortable and confident leaving my fur babies in the care of someone genuine. We had to extend our booking twice and she was flexible and accommodating. Donna was attentive, punctual, and really went above and beyond to make sure my fur babies were cared for, safe, happy, and healthy. I like how she was communicative throughout the booking, spent time playing outside with my dog, and sending me the BEST action shots!! I swear my dog is gonna be disappointed that we are back home. I will definitely be booking again! Thank you, Donna!! You’re the best! 100/10 recommend

Tim is a true hero! He was able to accommodate my extremely last minute booking request. He is prompt, astute, thoughtful, professional, and proactive. He was so gentle with my geriatric cat, and he prioritized both my and her safety and comfort. He was able to administer her medications like a pro, and he let me know details about a new symptom she developed while I was out of town. (These details helped the vet diagnose her.) Do yourself a favor and book Tim to help take care of your animals.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing with Blu! I’m very picky about who I trust with my dog, but Blu was instantly comfortable with her. She was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive the entire time. Stephanie kept us updated with everything, which gave us so much peace of mind. We loved the way she treated Blu as if she were her own. We will definitely be booking with her again! Highly recommend!

Elizabeth was very helpful, considerate, and communicative throughout, and I will definitely be employing her services when they're needed in the future.

Meowy loves Avery! She was so kind to troubleshoot the litter robot when it stopped working and would spend a few minutes extra which my cat appreciated.

You can tell that Kayla is an animal lover! And she was able to extend her care of my cats when an emergency came up. Very caring and reliable!

We just moved to the area and the most stressful thing of a new move is finding a new Pet Sitter that you can totally trust with your pets. Amelia was wonderful from the start very communicative great with our pets when we did a meet and greet, and then was incredibly communicative the entire time we were away I trust her completely and will use her as often as I can in the future.

We love Mary Jane visiting our girls! She's very understanding of their space and their needs. We always just need a quick drop in, but she always sends us a thorough report of how they're doing.

Aliza is lovely, she cared for our 3 kitties while we were away and took great care each day to change their food/water/litter and spend time with the ones who would let her spend time with them. We will absolutely be reaching out to Aliza again when we go away. Thank you!

Sara did a great job. From the pics she sent, it looked like our cat warmed up to her easily, even climbing on her lap for pets (which is rare!). This made me feel so much better about being away from her.
