House Sitting in Poestenkill

Anna has been watching our pets enough that they are getting comfortable. They are in a great mood afterwards and she sent pictures to keep us updated. Would recommend.

Jenna and Aidan were wonderful to my 2 beagles. They sent pictures and let me know how the dogs were doing. One of my dogs had anxiety the first night, but with love and affection he calmed right down with Jenna and Aidan. Thank you for giving the dogs so much attention!

Anthony is the absolute BEST! Flexible, friendly, kind, detailed. We were nervous to leave Roxy with anyone because she was hit by a car early last summer. And our little one Skeeter is nervous of new people who come into the house. Anthony put our minds at ease at the meet and greet. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring, and we were relieved to feel good about leaving them with him. By the time we got home, Skeeter and he had bonded (she hasn't bonded with anyone outside of our family since we adopted her in February!) and both dogs were obviously in love with him. They both got plenty of exercise and treats and attention. He even brought his own chicken treats for the pups. Anthony was very detailed in his daily reports and sent pictures of the pups to us daily as well. It was so great to be kept in the know about how they were doing while we were away. There were a couple of things we left unclear, and instead of making his best guess (which I'm sure would have been fine), Anthony checked in with us to be sure of how we wanted things done. He also washed the bedding and put the bed back together in the room he was staying in. I think the house was cleaner when we got back than when we left! He arrived on time the day we left, and when we needed to push our return time back an hour, he was happy to stay until we returned. We will definitely hire him again and recommend that you do, too!

Our pups loved Lauren! Lots of walks, cuddles and pics while we were away. We highly recommend Lauren and look forward to having her back again soon!

Lauren was so great to work with. We were very nervous to leave Honey with someone she didn’t know for the first time but Lauren made it seamless. She provided constant updates and was so calm with our crazy dog. Really awesome experience!

Lianna left our house cleaner than she found it! She sent us pictures throughout our time away and gave us detailed communication about her arrival and departure. She did everything we asked and more! We definitely plan to use Lianna again for watching our pets.

Kathryn was everything we asked for and more. We booked her for the week of Christmas and she took great care of our dog. Before we left for our trip she came to our home twice to get acquainted with our dog. She sent daily updates & pictures and was quick to reply when I reached out to her. Not only did she feed and play with our dog, but she even brought her treats and tucked her into bed at night (Pitties love their blankets). She texted me to warn me about a snow storm that came during our time away and even shoveled our driveway so we could get into it on our return! Who does that? She is a true gem and I feel so lucky to have found her on Rover. I am anxious to plan my next trip knowing Kathryn is willing to come back.
