Shawn is awesome. He came for a meet and greet and our two cats were comfortable with him right away. Our boys have a special diet & one needs insulin and Shawn handled all of it with no issues - he even made his visits earlier than requested to keep the boys on their schedule. He’s very communicative and gives detailed notes on the visits - and lots of pictures. It was all very reassuring and our boys were happy and relaxed upon our return. Boy. Where do I begin. Jennifer is amazing!! Very reliable and intuitive and really helped me out during an emergency while on a work trip. She was able to accommodate some extra visits on the fly. This was my first time using Rover, and the experience was everything I hoped for. Rachael was great - both dependable and responsible. My one cat requires daily medication before feeding which she handled with aplomb. My other cat is very shy, but she was able to get her to warm up at least a little, which is an achievement. I loved getting the daily messages from Rachael and the pictures she took of the two cats - it set my mind at ease about how my cats were doing while I was away. Highly recommend both Rover and Rachael.

We hired Euree to care for our two cats over the holiday season, and she did a fantastic job. Not only did she handle the essentials like food and litter, but she also went above and beyond by cleaning up after our cats when they had some anxiety-related stomach issues.
