Dog Boarding in Poughkeepsie

Judging by her reluctance to leave Mildred’s, my dog really enjoyed her stay there. She had fun playing in the fenced-in yard with Mildred’s dogs & seemed very comfortable with Mildred & her family. Mildred kept me posted with photos & messages while I was away. Great stay - thank you, Mildred!

Dropped off my Maple, and was very nervous as it was my first time using the app. When I say I had no reason to worry!! Donna was the best sitter and made my little girl feel like a part of her family. I got multiple photos everyday, and when my plane was delayed for two extra days, she worked with me and made me have a peace of mind that my dog was in great hands!! You need a sitter? Donna is the lady for the job!!

Judy and Ginger were amazing hostesses! Judy sent photos of GIlly and Ginger hanging out together and I had peace of mind that Gilly was in good hands while I was away.

I was so anxious about our Sadie's first time away from us but Cherissa and her family really eased our minds. So many beautiful and pictures of Sadie enjoying her stay. Pics on walks, eating and even a very heartwarming pic of Cherissa's sweet dog and Sadie sleeping side by side. I Highly recommend using Cherissa as your Rover sitter.

Thalya was amazing. This was my pups first time boarding with her and it was a dream. My pups loved the cuddles and loving attention she gave. She sent pictures and updates each day which was super helpful. My pups came back happy and tired which was wonderful. Will definitely be booking again.

Volha was fantastic with our dogs. She was very communicative and sent pictures every morning with an update on how they were doing. We would love to have Volha and her family watch the dogs again.

Maria is the best! Took great care of our dog and was extremely easy-going and flexible! Even when our trip got delayed she not only accommodated us but gave extra food to our super-picky dog. She and her family were thoughtful and communicative. Will definitely be using her again!

I was pleased with Amruta's pet sitting services for my energetic dog, Cash. She handled his muddy adventure with grace and sent me updates with photos, which I appreciated. Amruta was accommodating and made sure Cash got the attention he needed. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would consider her services again in the future.

Kenneth was amazing! Flexible, helpful, communicative, and very understanding when I made a mistake with the booking. I would absolutely trust him with my home and my dog again in the future!

Cristian and his family are very personable. He sends me photo and video updates which is very thoughtful and comforting. Will definitely call on him again!

My dog Sandy was well cared for by Gabriel and Annie, who are very friendly and kind people. They kept me updated with photos and text messages each day. Sandy had fun playing with the other nice doggies during her stay, and will be happy to stay there next time I go away!

Nicole is fantastic, exactly the kind of person you’d want watching your pet. This was our first time leaving Rae with a caretaker and Nicole made the whole process seamless and comfortable. She sent a steady stream of updates and photos, which was a constant relief and seemed to pop up just as I was wondering what Rae was up to. She has a real love for dogs that shines through and immediately treated Rae as a part of the family. She kept a watchful eye while allowing the dogs to have fun and be their silly selves. Rae came home to us happy, safe, and tired from a week of playing.

We were a little anxious about leaving Ben with a new sitter for two weeks, but Mario did an excellent job. He kept us posted, gave Ben his Monthly Meds. And heaven gave him a bath when he got too stinky!

I felt so comfortable leaving my pup with Rebecca! She loved and cared for Bonnie like I would when we were out of town! She sent various pictures and texts which kept me in the loop and made me extremely happy to see how well she was doing. I HIGHLY recommend her. She's awesome!
