Heather did an outstanding job taking care of our furry family members. She was on time, loving, and thorough. Heather Completed all the requested tasks and is more than capable of handling a rambunctious 60 pound ball of energy. Heather also gentle care for our elderly cat. I will reach out to Heather in the future

Punctual and quick to communicate! The only thing I wish Christine did was leave a note on the Rover card to let me know how things went, but I assume they went fine!

John was very friendly and helpful! I was very glad he was able to check in on my animals even with short notice!

Kristen was great with all my requests and even sent me pictures and updates! Definitely recommend her and will use her again in the future ?

Sophie is so understanding of the military lifestyle and took care of Rupert with the upmost attention while I was away… I’m convinced Rupert was disappointed to see me walk in the door instead of Sophie because she is that great with him… incredible Rover employee… is there nominations for employee of the month through Rover ???

Matt is so great! We felt very comfortable and confident in him during our recent trip out of town. He was very responsive and respectful. He did great with the cats, made sure they had food/water, clean litter, and played with them every day. He was willing to stop by before we left town so we could give him the spare key and show him where the cat supplies were. We will definitely be planning to book him again for future needs.
