Dog Boarding in Queens

This was our very first time using Rover and dropping off our cat, Timmy, so we were understandably very nervous. Denis and his wife were absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. They went out of their way to reassure us, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Throughout Timmy’s stay, they sent us multiple updates, photos, and videos each day so we could see how happy and relaxed he was. It was clear they treated him like their own and truly cared about his well-being. Timmy quickly felt at home with them, which gave us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. We’re already booking Denis and his wife again for our next trip and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring, attentive pet sitters.

Vanessa was amazing!!! I was so nervous leaving my pup I even cried on the drive to drop her but as soon as I met Vanessa I didn’t have a single worry! She is so knowledgeable and caring and she really treated my baby like her own. Will absolutely be using her every time I travel!

This is our first time using Rover and booking with Kristin and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience! She was very attentive to the needs of our senior dog who takes oral medication. She provided updates throughout our dog's stay which was very helpful! Highly recommend and would book again.

Margarita and Christian were wonderful. It was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter and the experience was extraordinary. Colby learned so much with Margarita. He learned to share the affection Margarita was giving to Colby and to a French bulldog she was also taking care of. Colby shared bed and water with him. She kept me up to date almost every day of what happened, the good and the bad. Although overall he behaved. :) Margarita and Chris have a lot of patience and love to give and I’ll always be grateful of the time he spent playing, walking, learning and cuddling with them. Thank you both so very much!

Juliana did a fantastic job taking care of our dog. She administered her medications, and kept us updated on how she was doing with photos. It was wonderful for our dog to be able to spend time outside in Juliana’s backyard, too!

We had a pleasure of having Adriana take care of Enzo for our family vacation. She is the most caring, wonderful, accommodating person we know. She is compassionate and constantly communicating with us via photos, text messaging or FaceTime. I couldn’t ask for more. She fed Enzo with the food I prepared for the whole week. And the best thing, he smelled so good when we picked him up (at midnight straight from the airport). We were too excited to see him. Adriana took away our worries leaving him since that was our first time going away without Enzo. Lastly, Enzo looked so happy and satisfied when we picked him up which is the most important thing of all. I would definitely 100% recommend and use Adriana again without batting an eyelash.

Emily is so nice, and I feel so lucky I found her for Delia. She sent daily updates, and it was very obvious how comfortable my anxious dog immediately felt with her. She has a wonderful fenced in yard and a spacious apartment for dogs. I highly recommend her!!

Left for a 2 week trip with full confidence that my girl is in good hands. They never skipped a day in sending me pictures they were always reachable and their Dog Duke was a bonus for Fiona! You can tell they are a loving dog family pair. Fiona has made a new friend and a promising second family! Thank you Brian and Megan I highly recommend!

Jasmil took such incredible care of my fur baby while I was traveling multiple weeks. Even when there was trip disruption and my flight was cancelled, she kindly extended her care so it was one less thing to worry about. Amy was great, as always, with Zibi. She accommodated my timing for drop off and pick up, which was super helpful, and sent many photos of Zibi's stay. Zibi was well loved and taken care of during her stay.

Sam did an amazing job taking care of Penelope and Leonidas! She was communicative and sent us lots of picture updates. Penelope and Leonidas were given plenty of attention and came back super relaxed and happy. I would totally book with Sam again!

David and Marcy are lifesavers, as usual! We got caught up in blizzard travel madness, and they were so understanding and flexible with pickup times. I always feel so at ease leaving Archie with them and their perfect little dog, Nuno! Best sitters ever.

This was my second time booking with Michelle. She was communicative, patient, and trustworthy. Thank you so much for taking good care of Charlotte!

Sherry and Walter were amazing sitters for our girl 🐶! They were very communicative and made sure to send us updates and pictures throughout our trip, which was so appreciated. We get nervous with new people around our pup because she can be a bit anxious, and they agreed to take the time to meet her before the actual drop off date. More importantly our pup was happy and TIRED when we picked her up, we could tell she was active during her stay. Thank you so much Sherry and Walter, we would definitely use you guys again :)

Got to say My son was worried, and When we met the Bruno and Victoria family, my son was still nerves, But Bruno and his wife made my son happy with all the daily videos messages and pictures thru out the day made him feel that his dogs were in safe hands and with a happy home. Bruno and his family are clearly a caring family and they had alot of space at there home and a yard.

Kiersten and Casey were amazing watching Millie for our 11 day trip. Millie seemed so relaxed and at ease with them and they sent lots of pictures and updates. It was a relief knowing Millie was in such good hands, we cannot thank them enough!!

Steven was a wonderful care giver for my three babies with 4 paws , the environment was very pleasant and the accommodation was comfortable and I felt with every photo video and video call that my babies dogs were in great safe hands , I will use his services again . Thank you so much

From the start, I felt completely at ease leaving him with her, which is the most important thing for me as a pet parent. She took him on long walks, sent regular updates throughout the day, and shared photos almost every morning and evening. It was clear from the pictures and from how happy Dino looked when I picked him up that he had a great time with her. Dino loves cuddling and attention, and Jessica treated him as if he were her own. This was actually my second time booking with her, and I will absolutely continue to book with her in the future because she makes traveling so much less stressful for me. I also accidentally booked one day less than I needed, and she was incredibly flexible and accommodating when I had to extend the stay last minute, which I really appreciated. I truly felt relaxed during my trip knowing Dino was in such caring hands. Highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful sitter. 🐾
