Dog Boarding in Queens

This was our first time using Rover and working with Juliana we can't express enough how wonderful the experience was! Juliana took the time to understand our senior dog's needs and personality, which made us feel completely at ease. Throughout the entire sitting period, Juliana's communication was outstanding. We received regular updates and adorable photos, which reassured us that our little boy was happy and well-cared for. Margarita & Cristian took care of our dog for the past week while we traveled for the holidays and was so well cared for. She sent updates when on walks and always reassured us that he was having a great time with her. He warmed up to her immediately and we will happily choose to have him stay at their home again. I have never left my cat, Dixie, alone before. I traveled overnight and was nervous at first. However, Denis was very communicative and reassured me that Dixie would be well-cared for, calming my nerves. Denis was warm and welcoming to both Dixie and me and sent photo and text updates every few hours. I truly felt that Dixie was in a safe environment. I would definitely recommend Denis to anybody who may be wary of leaving your fur baby alone!

Megan and Brian were so wonderful! I'm a bit of a crazy doggy mama who gets nervous before leaving my dogs with anyone, but I was very comfortable having my dogs with them. They sent lots of updates and were so kind and caring to my dogs. Can't wait to book with them again!

You can tell right off the bat how kind and caring Kristin is! Luca (who needs a little extra attention due to his diet and meds) was very well taken care of and comfortable during his time with her. Kristin sent daily updates that showed how she naturally connected to Luca, and kept in regular contact if I had any questions. She is a lovely person and Luca will be excited to have her as a babysitter again soon :) Highly recommend!

Jordan is amazing and treats my fur baby like his own. He was ready and willing to extend the schedule at the last minute, without hesitation. He kept me updated with messages and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. Truly, he’s an angel sent by God.

Gabriela was so communicative. She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. I could tell by the pictures that my pup was comfy and happy. I would definitely hire Gabriela again!

Jasmil took amazing care of our dog Billy while we went on vacation. She was so professional right from the start. She took the time to go through Billy's profile and asked thoughtful questions that showed she was really deliberate in her care. She was so warm and caring, and our dog felt comfortable with her immediately. She was very communicative and we felt relieved knowing our dog was being cared for. We will be contacting Jasmil again!

Erica was so great with my girl Hunny! She sent updates and photos every day and I felt at ease knowing my baby was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Tiffany was the best - she was able to take Ruby on short notice when a work trip popped up and was super communicative, so sweet and experienced with an older dog. Could not recommend her enough. I felt really at ease leaving my senior dog with her!

Diane is definitely our first choice when we need someone to look after little pup Oreola. She sends great updates with pictures and takes her out when my pup really enjoys! She was so flexible when our bags were delayed at the airport. I can’t thank her enough. We definitely appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. We will be returning if needed in future!

Miki was wonderful. Even with a few last minute changes she took great care of Baz. He seemed very happy and content when we picked him up. Would definitely book her again!

Meilin absolutely went above and beyond in taking care of our pup, Lola! Meilin was reliable, shared many photos daily, and kept us updated on everything from her eating/drinking to bathroom status to how Lola's sleeping and generally feeling. Meilin was quick to reply and shared thorough stories about Lola's stay and what she was up to. Meilin even remembered little details we had shared during our meet and greet and brought them up in her updates. Her notes really captured who Lola is and her personality, we could not have been more pleased with how Meilin took care of her. Highly, highly recommend!!

Anky was so so kind!! She is the dogsitter I would recommend to everyone. Communication was fast and smooth from the very start. We did a meet and greet and she immediately made me feel comfortable. I’m nervous letting new sitters take care of my dog because he’s a lot older now and he has some special behavior that needs extra attention. During my stay, my dog had diarrhea (he had it before his stay so I warned Anky) and Anky not only kept me updated constantly but she even took him to the vet for me when his symptoms got worse. She handled all the transportation to the vet and back, and stayed with me on speakerphone through the whole appointment. She even helped me cook chicken and rice for him to help ease his tummy issues. That was soooo nice of her and I can just tell that she cared for Pika like he’s her own dog. She put me at so much ease and handled the whole situation seamlessly. Anky is one of the best sitters I’ve ever had and I highly recommend her to all pup owners! Your pup will be in the absolute best hands. :)

Leaving my dog with someone else for the first time was incredibly difficult for me. Boomer is not just a dog to me,he’s my baby. I was so hesitant that I actually canceled my trip twice because I didn’t feel comfortable trusting anyone with him. Then I found Regina, and honestly, it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From the moment I met her, I could immediately see how genuine and caring she is with dogs. There’s a calm confidence about her that makes you feel your pet will be safe and well cared for. Boomer picked up on that right away and felt comfortable with her from day one. During the entire time, Regina was amazing with communication. She consistently sent updates and pictures, which meant so much to me. Seeing my big boy relaxed, happy, and well cared for allowed me to finally enjoy my trip without constantly worrying.I’m beyond grateful for the care she gave Boomer. I would absolutely book Regina again without hesitation if shes available, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog with love, patience, and genuine attention.
