Roxanne is wonderful! She took excellent care of our pets, which included working with and administering meds to our special needs kitty. Her attention to detail, swift and clear communication, and genuine affection for our animals really stood out to us. In her short stay, she even picked up on their personality quirks and watered the plants! I usually struggle leaving my fur babies, especially when their needs are complex, but Roxanne's care helped put anxieties to ease. I cannot recommend her more and I will absolutely be looking to rebook with her in the future!
Bill took excellent care of my cat Nacho! He was incredibly attentive over text and made sure to send me lots of updates and pictures of my kitty while I was away. Max is wonderful. She looked after our three cats over the holiday break, and I came back to 3 happy, healthy cats, as well as an immaculately clean house. I had to change plans a couple of times, and Max was totally accommodating of my chaos! Communication was excellent, and Max is just generally a great person.
