First time using Rover & we certainly would book with Melanie again! She was kind and gentle when meeting our 18-year old cat Peachie. Our cat responded positively making us totally comfortable with scheduling Melanie for drop-in visits while we were away. We were notified once she arrived & we were sent photos during her stay. Thoselin was amazing! We thought our cat would be shy or scared, but Thoselin made her feel safe and our cat warmed up to her quickly! She sent us pictures and was easy to communicate with. Five stars!!

Really congenial animal lover. Great communication and even did a meet and greet prior to our booked walks. Irene Went above and beyond as one of our pets had an accident before they arrived and she cleaned it up without my asking, which is so sweet. Will definitely use again when needed.
