Dog Boarding in Richmondville

I can’t say enough great things about Kirsten and Mark!!! They watched my puppy for an overnight stay and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Throughout the stay they kept me updated with messages and photos, and it was clear that my puppy felt safe, loved, and well cared for. My puppy especially enjoyed getting the opportunity to spend time with their dogs and other dogs there for boarding as well. I was able to enjoy my time away with peace of mind that my puppy was in the best hands. I look forward to booking with them again!

Sue was fantastic. She opened her home to our little fur ball. He was very uneasy being left someplace new. But Sue worked closely and lovingly with him. Always shielding him from distress. Always concerned with his happiness. I’m sure anyone who is reluctant to leave their precious fur babies with someone new and unfamiliar will be very happy with Sue.

We’ve used Mike numerous times. He’s friendly, communicates well, flexible, and sends updates while he has our pup. Alfred comes back tired which is always a good sign he’s having fun. We will continue to use Mike thanks to his great service.

Whitney and Kevin were wonderful with Ally! They sent a lot of photos and kept in touch! Ally is 16 and they did wonderful with her making sure she was comfortable!

Mikayla has been great. My booking was to watch my new puppy. My first time ever boarding. Was having surgery and my dates and times kept changing .Mikayla was very understanding. We did the meet and greet. It went well and was helpful. When we arrived for drop off my puppy was so happy to see her. Thanks So Much Mikayla see you soon.😁

Bob was fabulous! We knew our pup was in good hands with Bob. He was organized, clearly very experienced with dogs, personable and we knew she would have great adventures with him. He put us at ease instantly.

This was our first trip away from our pup and our first time using Rover - Melissa was very patient and understanding, was very quick to respond and answer our questions even while we were away, sent us a picture too! Orion had some separation issues and you could tell she was very patient and worked with him, getting him to relax and eat and was gently having him socialize with other dogs as he was nervous when he first came. Melissa was awesome with our boy! He was relaxed, clean and happy - we would definitely have her babysit again! Thank you!

Jenny was great with Fyo while I was gone for the holidays. He came back happy and healthy, and clearly had a good time playing with the other pups

How can I describe how wonderful Stephanie, and her adorable daughter Laney have been to my dog Noisette? It was the best experience ever!, while away on a very important business trip in Europe , they sent me picture everyday of my dog having the best time in the park, taking walks, lounging around in their apartment. This all made me feel relaxed and assured that I place my dog is the best situation possible. My dog came back happy and clean and Stephanie is the most fabulous communicator ever so I never worried! Thank you Stephanie and Laney, I would never consider sending my dog to anyone else but you. By the way, I believe that Noisette picked up some good behavior habit from your adorable dogs, she has been an angle since she is back home with me!

Jessica was great! Our dog is very nervous when we leave him with new people, but Jessica was very patient with him and he ended up being very comfortable with her. Jessica was also easy to communicate with and sent frequent photo updates so that we could see how things were going, which we really appreciated!

Will Book Again. Obvious care and attention to detail made dropping off our pet, Zyla, a much enjoyable experience. She came back happy and well cared for. RICK

Lyndsey & Vlad were great — they were communicative and sent me pics. My pup seemed very well taken care of and happy. I think she had a great time playing with Nina!

Nicole was incredibly flexible, took tremendously good care of our pups, and was so nice! We would definitely use her services again and highly recommend.

Jenny sent lots of pictures of Benny’s stay with her and he seemed very happy when we picked him up.

Carly was excellent with our dog. She gave her good care, great walks and treated as part of the family. Highly recommend!

We dropped Molly off again with our second rescue dog Dobby. She was in constant contact with us while we went camping and always sent multiple pictures and videos. She treats the animals in her care like they were her own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great sitter and animal lover. Sent regular photos of our dogs which is always nice when you can't have them with you. Will use again and highly recommend!
