Dog Boarding in Rochester

Marie was amazing from the get go. She was very thorough in our intro call, asking thoughtful questions about my Ovi. She kept me updated on how Ovi was doing regularly during his stay and she even went out of her way to modify Ovi’s diet because his stools were loose due to stress. At the end of Ovi’s stay, Marie packed Ovi leftover rice, pumpkin and chicken so we could continue to feed him and solidify his stools. Additionally, there was also obvious improvements with Ovi’s leash manners. I’m happy I boarded my Ovi with Marie and I am certainly coming back.

It was our first time working with Kate and definitely won’t be our last! As a rover sitter myself, I related to Kate a lot and loved her approach to dog sitting and client relationships. She is really easy going but also thorough in understanding your pet’s needs. She really put my mind at ease and treated my dog Zoro like he was her own and Zoro also loved playing with her daughter.

So great! Gave updates, gave my pup a bath because he got all dirty, and gave an envelope of nice things ( a picture , report card , treats and a thank you note ) when we picked fitz up. Very appreciative , I definitely recommend this sitter to others!

Scout always has a great time at Rachel's and enjoyed lots of cuddles! She's been great with drop-off/pick-up times and I appreciate her care for my pup❤️ as a student it's sometimes difficult to find affordable care that's high quality and it's great to know that Rachel will always give him exactly what he needs! Thank you!!

Lesley was amazing! We booked her last minute and she took EXCELLENT care of our Maximus, sent pictures and updates daily. Will definitely book anytime I’m in Rochester!

Debra did a great job taking care of Lucy and Rosie for 6 days while we went on a family vacation! She gave us updates and photos daily! And the girls loved running around in her fenced in backyard!! We will definitely use Debra again!

Jillian was great and I will definitely be using her again.

Amy was such a blessing in watching our dog for a whole week. She sent daily pictures and updates to appease my dog mommy mind and kept Margo well exercised and loved. We will be using her again in just a few weeks 🤓

Paul took great care of Lenny, he came home happy. Paul also took beautiful pictures — much nicer than any of mine- thanks, Paul! And, he let my black dog on his white couch, clearly he’s a true dog lover!!

Cara and Dan did a wonderful job watching Luna. She had a great time and we got to see lots of photos of what she was doing while we were away. We will definitely have Luna stay with them again.

As always, Catherine and Rich and the boys were the best hosts for my Lola. Lots of walks and play and they send lots of pics. She misses them for sure!

Kaitlyn watched our two young kitties while we took a family vacation. I was so nervous to try Rover and worried our rambunctious kitties would drive any boarder mad but Kaitlyn was amazing. She kept both kitties safe and happy and she kept us up to date with daily check-ins and photos. We are super thankful and would recommend Kaitlyn to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful! Six stars if we could. Toby had as much of a vacation with Gigi and her puppies as we had. We’ve already booked again. Awesome communication and updates, and we highly recommend! You will feel like leaving your fuzzy friend with a close family member. Just the best!!

Fritz was an amazing dog sitter! He took great care of my little guy, and he had plenty of dog buddies to play with during his stay. Fritz took pictures and videos while I was gone in order see what was happening. I highly recommend!

Michelle was so wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgable about dogs and dog training and her communication was excellent. My dog was so happy to be with her and her pup!

Sarah has a safe, fenced in yard large enough that Rowlf had plenty of room to run. She had another dog boarding, and made friends with Rowlf under supervision. Sara’s skills and experience as a trainer and vet tech we’re apparent, and even though Rowlf was only 7 months old, we were very comfortable with his staying at Camp Chloe for the long weekend. I used Kimberley for the first time and was a bit apprehensive since Max had not been good with other pets in the past. She made sure my worries were laid to rest and kept me posted of Maxs progress with texts and pictures with other pets.

Kaidi took the time to meet the dogs and familiarize them with her dogs before watching them. The regular pictures of the hyjinx were also a nice touch.
