Dog Boarding in Rochester

This was the first time I left Max with Lesley and was 100% satisfied. I received pictures of Max everyday doing various activities and who the other dogs were who he was interacting with. She answered all texts right away and was very flexible when I had to change times dropping and picking up Max. Would definitely use her services again!!

Marie was phenomenal. I could tell that Tucker was well taken care of. She took the time to learn more about him when we did our first interview, and he settled really quickly once boarding started. I got daily pictures of his adventures, and she made sure to communicate frequently about his health and well being. I will absolutely book with Marie again.

Ricardo was great. I messaged him at the last minute to keep my dog another day due to the road conditions, and he was very gracious. Looking forward to further booking with him!

Ada and Micheli were amazing!! They were so sweet and took such great care of our senior dog. They gave her lots of cuddles, sent photo updates, and even shared their lunar New Year’s Eve meal with her.

Cara and Dan kept me up to date every single day of Miri's stay! I can't say enough good things about the couple. Ultimately, I feel as though I lucked out, by getting the best caretakers in my area on very short notice in my situation. Thank you again so so much, Cara and Dan!

We had a wonderful experience with Tyler and Melissa watching our Golden Retriever, Ripley. They were incredibly accommodating and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent—they kept us updated throughout her stay with messages and adorable photos. It was clear Ripley was in great hands! When we picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and definitely tired from all the fun and activity. We couldn’t ask for better care. Highly recommend Tyler and Melissa for anyone looking for loving and attentive sitters! 🐾

Debra was so good with our shy 1 yr old, Thor. He's had anxiety issuess in the past when we boarded him at a local kennel that had lots of other dogs and confusion. It is evident to me that Thor was happy staying with Deb and I know she spent lots of one-on-one time with him to make him feel at ease. I highly recoommend her and we will definately be using her again. Thank you, Deb!

Jennifer and husband were phenomenal. She was extremely responsive, and very understanding. They were great about sending photos and coordinating times/schedules. Could definitely tell my dog wanted to stay longer and will be using her again in the future !

Kim was fantastic with our (14yr old) lab/husky! She was very accommodating to our dog’s quirks/habits/needs and our drop off/pickup timing. She really made our dog (and therefore us) feel right “at home”. She also communicated well and sent us fun pics. Highly Recommend her!!

I had an excellent experience with Gigi! She was fantastic with communication, providing me with daily updates about my dog's stay, which gave me peace of mind. She was also very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, making the entire process super easy. I really appreciated that she took the time to ask great questions about my girl beforehand to ensure her stay would be as comfortable as possible. On top of that, she even provided some minor training, which was a thoughtful bonus. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!

Danielle is excellent with my dog. She treats him great and he has lots of fun with the other dogs (which she sends us videos of). The only ‘bad’ thing I can say is that he has so much fun at her place that he isn’t all that excited to see me when I pick him up.

Jose took amazing care of our pup! Noko took no time to warm up to him, even though she’s a cautious pup. He updated us with pics, and when we came to pick her up after three days, they seemed like they were best friends. I highly recommend him!
