Dog Boarding in Rochester

Jose was wonderful. Our dog felt at home with him. Loved the daily videos and updates. Very professional, scheduled a meet and greet before to make sure it was a good fit for us and him. Would recommend Jose and definitely use him again in the future.

Tetiana was a wonderful sitter for our dog Rascal. She provided exceptional care for Rascal sending pictures on a daily basis. I would recommend her to anyone needing reliable care without hesitation.

We couldn't be happier with the care our dog received! It was clear that our dog was in kind, capable, and loving hands. Ricardo kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Debra was excellent! She was so good with our baby! We got updates and pictures to let us know what she was up to. Sadie was well taken care of and loved while we were gone. We were nervous to leave her for 9 days since we’ve never left her that long in her life! But she was perfect! Thank you Debra! We will definitely be using her again for our next trip!

I had a wonderful experience with Alex and his wife caring for my two dogs. I had to book at very short notice and they were very accommodating. Communication was excellent, the property is lovely, and the dogs had a wonderful time. Alex even helped me secure my car when I arrived to pick up my dogs with the new rescue dog that I had just picked up. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Rochelle and her family! Our sweet 1 year old pup was well cared for and loved while we were on vacation. I specifically think that having her stay somewhere with children to run around with was so meaningful and fun for her. We're hoping to use Rochelle again later this year!

Marie was amazing from the get go. She was very thorough in our intro call, asking thoughtful questions about my Ovi. She kept me updated on how Ovi was doing regularly during his stay and she even went out of her way to modify Ovi’s diet because his stools were loose due to stress. At the end of Ovi’s stay, Marie packed Ovi leftover rice, pumpkin and chicken so we could continue to feed him and solidify his stools. Additionally, there was also obvious improvements with Ovi’s leash manners. I’m happy I boarded my Ovi with Marie and I am certainly coming back.

Lesley is an AWESOME pet care provider! She is kind, gentle and competent in tending to the quirky needs of our older teacup poodle. She has a welcoming home, with fenced yard and kept us updated daily with lots of photos of our little guy. We are so grateful for the loving care she provides! I HIGHLY recommend her services and will definitely be using her services again!

Cabby always has a great time with Anthony and Jayson, and loves playing with the other dogs there! They were super flexible with pick up and drop off, which we really appreciate.

Aaron and Rachel took great care of my Ozzie. Every several days, they’d send me a picture and tell me how things were going. I know Ozzie had plenty of fun and attention in their home. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Cara and Dan kept me up to date every single day of Miri's stay! I can't say enough good things about the couple. Ultimately, I feel as though I lucked out, by getting the best caretakers in my area on very short notice in my situation. Thank you again so so much, Cara and Dan!

Jennifer accommodated us SUPER last minute and it was the day after Christmas! The communication was amazing and I felt so secure with Genny being there. we got lots of pictures and she had so much fun :) i hope to book another stay when we are back home in Rochester

Kim was fantastic with our (14yr old) lab/husky! She was very accommodating to our dog’s quirks/habits/needs and our drop off/pickup timing. She really made our dog (and therefore us) feel right “at home”. She also communicated well and sent us fun pics. Highly Recommend her!!

Another repeat stay with Lourdes and we were totally satisfied. We were updated several times a day and every day by videos and photos. I reluctantly leave my dog when I get away but was truly able to relax seeing how Lourdes really takes a dog into her home and treats them like family. She understands how it feels and is very committed to making sure your dog is safe, happy, eating, (pooping) 🤭and having a nice time. Very grateful for Lourdes’s kind, compassionate care of Lucy.
