House Sitting in Rock City Falls

This was my first time using Rover as well as my first time needing someone that I didn’t know to watch my 9 year old pitbull. So needless to say, I was quite apprehensive about having someone that I just found of some internet site come, not only into my house, but stay and watch my Sadie. My search for someone started abruptly, only about a month before needing services, so things needed to move quite fast in finding someone I was comfortable with. I searched, not only on Rover, but through friends and family, ultimately ending back on Rover because of the reviews of its providers and professionalism of the site and its processes. … finally finding Melissa and her husband Jeremy. Melissa was absolutely amazing, meeting Sadie and myself about a week prior to needing them at my house. Missy and her husband Jeremy explained to me how and what they would do for my pet, asking me what I expected and what level of care I needed for my dog, making me feel at ease and comfortable with them not only pet sitting, but being in my home while I was away. If I could give Melissa and Jeremy more stars, I absolutely would. Not only did they go above and beyond for my Sadie, they went above and beyond as a house sitter, cleaning and doing laundry leaving my house as if they were never there. I was quite pleasantly surprised after returning from my vacation to find things better than I left them. Thank you Melissa and Jeremy …and Rover.

Alyssa was attentive and timely with my kitties and puppy. She made sure my kitty had his pills and my puppy was thoroughly tired out. I felt my home and pets were well cared for.

We were nervous to leave our dog Scarlet alone while we were gone for an extended period of time. This was also the first time we left her alone. After meeting Angela she put my mind at ease. She sent photos and updates throughout the stay which I loved which showed how relaxed Scarlet was. She was on time, flexible and respectful of our home. I would definitely hire Angela again!

Addy, is a great dog sitter! She is responsible, caring and a wonderful communicator. She sends lots of pictures and notes so you know your baby is doing well.

Miakoda was an attentive and caring sitter for my pets! Her communication is excellent. Highly recommended!

Haley had great communication prior to and during the duration of her stay in our home. She sent pictures and followed all care instructions for our 3 pups. I also work from home, so having her readily available for our 8 month old puppy was my main reason for booking to keep some form of consistency. Came home to a clean house & wagging tails - all I can ask for ❤️

Alexa watched our dogs overnight and they loved her! We did as well :) she is very sweet, kind, and professional. I will absolutely book her again when we go away. 10/10 ⭐️

Paige was very helpful when a cancelled flight resulted in an extended stay with our dogs. Returned home to happy pups and a clean house!

Caitlynn seriously saved my life. I have two senior dogs and two middle aged cats. I was worried about my senior dog who is a rescue and terrified of new people. She is only ever watched by family so I was in a pinch when I had to travel for work and my family couldn’t watch them. Caitlynn came over several times before my trip just to get the animals acclimated to her. I was so worried about my oldest dog, that she would hunger strike or stay in her crate and refuse to go to the bathroom (which has happened in the past) but Caitlynn is somehow an animal whisperer and made my dog comfortable to the point where she was sleeping in bed with her and going for a walk with her. My senior dog would literally never do this for anyone other than me and my family that has known her her whole life. Caitlynn is such a sweet soul and I trust her with my house and pets and am so thankful to have found her. If you have reactive or scared animals, Caitlynn somehow had a magical touch! Thanks so much Caitlynn!

Sam was great with my dog. He kept my place tidy and sent updates. Highly recommend!

Veronica did an excellent job with in home dog sitting. She took good care of Loki barely knew she stayed here for 5 days. Followed all instruction to a T.

Nicole is an absolute gem of a care giver for both my cat as well as covering my home as well. She responsibly communicated with me while I was away and sent plenty of photos, even through connection services were limited as my husband and I were traveling internationally. Nicole richly deserves all five stars.

Kenda is amazing! She stayed at our home with our mini dachshund for 2.5 weeks, sent daily photos and updates, and spoiled our sweetheart in the best ways! We will definitely work with Kenda again!

Paul was amazing to jump in on an urgent request to care for my baby! He was super communicative with me and great with George. He kept me updated on their walks and time together and was quick to respond if I had any questions about their days together. I’d definitely trust him with George again and recommend him!
