We can't say enough great things about Lisa! She jumped in last minute when we had a scheduling conflict, and she handled it without missing a beat. Our cats were in wonderful hands. Lisa is reliable, kind, and so communicative throughout the whole visit. We always knew exactly how our cats were doing. She truly is the best, and we're so grateful to have her. Helena was really great with taking care of our cats. She sent notes and pictures daily and is very detailed in her updates and communications. Her daughters were really good with Felix. Tatiana is the best. This is the second time she takes care of our elderly cat and we feel so lucky to have her while away. Would highly recommend her for your pets. She is caring, knowledgeable and very good with animals that require extra care (our kittty is 17 and needs daily medication plus extra care). We also love that she sends a detailed report of each and every visit with tons of pictures.
