Rebecca was able to schedule us last minute and adjust our reservation as needed! She is very sweet and sent me several updates. I for sure will book with her again!
Heather was fantastic with Tori! She was very sensitive to our puppy's nervousness and went all out to make her comfortable. She sent us several videos and pictures throughout the day and it was very obvious that Tori started feeling right at home. My wife could not be happier with Heather and will be utilizing her services again!
Tom and his wife were amazing with Polar! They kept us updated the whole time, and both we and Polar had a fantastic experience. Thanks again!
